The gravity drain tube in my case was out of alignment with the hole in the sink drain as the screws holding it in place loosened up in the six months I've had my system. Leaked water from the same place as this video.

Thank you so much for the video. This video saved me from taking my system back to the store. My problem was that the collar on drain had been bumped to the side. This obstructed the hose from draining.

So the water that comes out of the air gap in the faucet is not completely filtered so it is introducing bacteria and stuff into our faucet where we get the filtered water from 😐 so our treated water has bacteria reintroduced to it from the dirty faucet?
