I'm a bigger guy and this is my favorite pass as of now..
That's awesome man!
that terrifies smaller opponents which is awesome
Short and sweet. Straight up business. I love it. Thanks, dude.
Great content man. Deserves more views!
Thanks man! :D We're growing slow and steady
Lovely, fluid movement. Thanks for the instructional.

Thank you! 🙌🏼😄
Thanks for making this video. I have been using the headquarters reset to get inside arm position before re attempting the knee slice and have had good success, but having this second floating hip switch option there is great.
Is there any way to defend this? I have recently been getting my butterfly floated on and then hip switched by one of my training partners. She is significantly more skilled than I am, so I am probably losing the positional battle way before the hip switch happens. Thanks in advance for any thoughts or tips.
My pleasure! And thank you for watching!
There are of course the pre-active ways of defending this. In general controlling distance with frames and hooks. More off balancing and try to slip underneath their base when they commit too hard for the floating position. And controlling the inside position of the legs is a great way to prevent and start countering with leg entanglements.
I'll probably have to make a more conceptual video on this topic at some point 😄
Does this kinda passing applie to gi also? Or is grips a problem when opponent can grip? 🤔
You can use it in Gi but you have to be more aware of the grips. Example, de la rive pants grip. You'll have to deal with that before you go floating 😅
