    Do you still recommend dynamic pricing even if you are in a rural area and don’t have lots of activities in the area?

      Are there other STRs in your area? Not knowing too much about where you’re located, what I would do is try out dynamic pricing for 3 months (you pay monthly). Really try it out ….understand the software, ask their support team questions, etc, and see what the software says about your pricing. What can you learn about your pricing in 3 months?

      On the OTAs, so, for example, Airbnb, it would take longer re-ramp up your listing -so be prepared for that! Once’s it’s available again, it might take a little longer to get higher up on Airbnbs search engine. Something you could do would be to run an offer on the OTA. But don’t mistake that for discounting it too low -you don’t want to leave money on the table or attract the wrong guest.
