We do have firearms, and there are usually also our traffic officers, so chances are some of these officers are actually armed with a pistol, but they wouldn't ever shoot at a car's tyres. That's just stupid and dangerous.

UK traffic police are not armed with guns, only a small percentage of UK Police carry weapons, same here in Ireland

This is not a bike ramming. Theres a good uk police bike ramming video out there, but this is not it. Of course the gentleman in the middle is feeling the way he is feeling. Nobody likes a villain.

People can be born and bred in America and have the accents of their parents.
People can move to America and become American Citizens. One of these perhaps.
