Beautiful shoeshine. I don't know about all of you here, but I find a nice pair of all leather shoes feels so much better, after an hour or so of wearing, that any of these modern tennis or casual non-leather shoes.

SUPER SMART idea doing some ASMR videos. I will watch every single one. ASMR is huge and I need it to sleep every night...2340 hours and bedtime so here I go lol! thanks!
Interesting layering of the pigmented cream polished. Start with the cognac but then move to browns. Also like the use of the cream as a substitute for edge dressing. Edge dressing intimidates me.
Very nice job of shining those shoes! Far better, in my opinion, than what old “Cueball head” can achieve. And don’t even get me started on those goons over at Gentleman’s Gazette.
Two questions: (1) especially if dealing with 'pre-owned' shoes, how do you clean, sanitize, and otherwise restore the shoe's interior, and (2) how do you clean your hands afterwards?
I'm going to use a microfibre cloth to apply wax to my leather boots, would you suggest something different in order to apply the wax as I see that you're using some sort of cloth for application?
I wish Saphir would consider offering a Walnut colour Cream Polish. For some of my shoes, I find the light brown too light and the medium brown too dark. I need something in between.
This does happen to many people considering there is a limited number of polish pigments in the Saphir Medaille D'or range. Funnily enough, we just released a video about matching polish to your shoes by mixing. This may help you out: Creating New Colors with Shoe Cream Polish [EXPERIMENT] th-cam.com/video/9oRDpAyR6P0/w-d-xo.html
The cleaning in this one was simply the application of the saphir renovateur, which is then brushed off. These shoes didn't need any more than that. Sometimes shoes may need more of a clean, or need old polish and wax removed, using something like the saphir renomat
Yes! We have quite a few videos on taking care of suede shoes. I would start with this one: How to Clean Suede Shoes th-cam.com/video/Ba5k6Ii70kY/w-d-xo.html
Hey you. Yes you. Random person that I will never meet. I truly hope that you will find happiness in life. Today is going to be a great day - make sure to live it to the fullest but don't forget to relax!💖
I know plenty of people who will sit in front of the TV and watch a movie or show while they shine, if you don't want to just focus on the shoe shine. Each to their own. I just find it quite therapeutic.
Hey Kirby, you wear a suit to polish shoes. Most people stress the need for cheap throwaway clothes for shoe polishing because you get shoe polish all over the place... but I have not had this experience and clearly you have not either. Why is it that some people get shoe polish everywhere and make a mess while others do not?
obviously it will depend on the level of scratch. Small scuffs and dings will always happen, but that will simply affect the mirror shine. This can reapplied and the shine built back relatively quickly. Then eventually you will need to strip it down and restart, like in this video.
The mirror shine is really only along the front and side edge, where there is hard countering. This will prevent it from cracking. The pate de luxe used on the top of the front isn't really a mirror shine, but just polished enough to elevate the shine.
@@kirbyallison Oh yes ok i watch it again. Nice video I like also the video with the shoemakers you presented but all of them are rare. You can only find them in a store in London.I wouldn't buy shoes online. Anyway i learn how to take care my shoes and what products to use form you.Thank You!
This just so relaxing
Its not how much a man spends on his shoes, but how he cares for them that is the true value. Very nice shoes and beautiful shine
As many have already said, this is a wonderful addition to your channel. These ASMR videos are great for shoe study as well as simply relaxing.
Good job sir

Thank you, James! Couldn’t agree more!!
This has to be the poshest and most classy shoe shine chanel on youtube,🙏🙏🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Beautiful loafers, it amazes me how ‘exotic’ pig skin can be. These and burgundy ones definitely drive me crazy😀
I am glad you came up with this❤✨I knew you would do it the most elegant way❤✨
I am glad you are enjoying them!
@@kirbyallison I am overjoyed that you replied Mr. Allison😇
Finally 4k, this is what your channel needed so badly! This is exciting!

I am loving this new series

Do you clean the shoes first? Nice video!

Love the videos. QUESTION: Why do you apply some things with the chamois and some with your finger?
If I’m feeling adventurous, I’ll apply with my fingers. Sometimes, it’s nice to feel the leather. And no question you gain control.
Kirby is a type of gentleman who would wax and shine the leather piece on his lap🤣
Today i learned Royal way to polish your shoes.
Just in time for my bedtime soon. They look like different shoes after the magic touch!

Kirby, why you don’t wear any double cuff shirts anymore ? Really find them a lot more elegant.
Yes bro nice....ur are real gentlemen...
Sarc..... I bet Kirby has an ultra modern hideaway, under his house where he actually resides, and is an absolute freak.
What hair products are you using Kirby?
All the products can be found in the description! Did you enjoy the video?
@@kirbyallison You telling us Kirby uses Saphir Mirror Gloss in his hair?
THREE different shades of cream polish, you tricky bastard, how quaint.
I don't have enough patience to shine my shoes for so long :)

Can’t say I ever shined shoes with a suit on.
How scratch resistant is this ?
