The reason why Winterized T-51B never breaks down in Fallout 3 is because Bethesda put wrong variant in reward room. All gear in Operation Anchorage has 2 variants: wasteland (normal) and simulation (near undestructible).
I think it's nice to note that the GNR Plaza CC contains a tribute to Adam Adamowicz, the former lead artist at Bethesda who tragically died of lung cancer in 2012. More than anyone else he was responsible for the art styles of Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, and Skyrim. He was even working on designs for Fallout 4 when he died. Anyways, within GNR you can find some of his concept art on a wall. Having it within the CC just adds a little bit more to the nostalgia trip, because not only are you seeing a piece of Fallout 3 again, you're seeing a tribute to the man who *_defined_* that game's look.
Ever since I bought the Captain Cosmos mod, the space suit is almost essential every time I play. The no fall damage is a huge plus when exploring, the jump boost makes traversing even easier, it basically turns off rads and it has ballistic weave. AND I THINK IT LOOKS COOL TOO (when it's blue)
I think a better way to implement the fantasy hero set would be to have it spawn at hubris comics and say that it was an old grognak the barbarian prop

I didn't get the Cpt. Cosmos content, but now I know of the jump height bonus, I think that I will. Seems it would prove a potent combination with four armour pieces each increasing movement speed by 10%.
I love the Sentinel Power Armor companion. I gave mine the Liberty Prime voice & dubbed it Liberty Sub-Prime, lol! Only downside is that it uses Dogmeat's AI, so tends to get in your way at the worst possible time. I also have the Minutemen vs Gunners, partially for the paint jobs & partially because the mini-quest is a pretty good tie-in with my usual Minutemen playthroughs, and in fact, it served as a kick-off point for my Rise of the Minutemen series. Only thing I'd do different next time around would be to combine it with a mod that then lets you use Quincy as a settlement (if I can find one that isn't too buggy). The Captain Cosmos one is definitely my favorite quest of the entire Creation Club, and I used the power armor off & on until I got the Minuteman painted t-60 set (I usually pick up Aquagirl early on, so I can take advantage of the many waterways in the Commonwealth for shortcuts & to avoid enemies, which power armor severely hinders, so I don't use it that often). Finally, I also rather like the Capital Wasteland Mercenaires CC, even though it is a bit lacking in terms of the actual quest, but the fact that you can get at least 9 uniquely named settlers (the surviving Good Fighter mercenaries) and all the outfits & Talon Company armor are compatible with Ballistic Weave definitely makes it worthwhile to at least get on sale. Especially since, upon completed the Good Fight quest, there is a decent (I'd say at least 35%) chance that any random settler that shows up at a settlement you have a recruitment beacon in will spawn with one of the Capital Wasteland Merc outfits & a small quantity of Aqua Pura is a nice touch, IMO (plus a way to get additional Fallout 3 outfits on top of the ones you can already find in the GNR building). Also, nearly forgot to add, but you can also upgrade the Captain Cosmo suit with Ballistic Weave as well, so you essentially end up with the radiation resistance of a Hazmat Suit combined with the ballistic & energy resistance of a full set of combat armor, which is kinda OP....

I bought most of these armors and played extensively. Heres a bit if extra commentary: 1. I love the Hellfire power armor. It requires less compensnts to actually fully repair then X0-1 I believe so not only is it statistically better, but its also cheaper. 2. Sentinel is awesome. Its great for a power armor run since you can load it up with a second set of power armor and use it if your current power armor breaks. 3. X0-2 is cool, but costs so much to repair its not worth it to wear every day unless you have tons and tons of materials stocked up. 4. I didn't buy the horse armor. 5. Agree with everything be says about the gunner fight. 6. I don't rmember the GNR one. I'm not sure if I got this one? 7. Chinese stealth was cool. Agree with everything he says. 8. Cosmo armor is very cool, both ths base armor and power armor. The power armor isn't as good as the hellfire so I usually display it rather then use it. Almost all the customizations with this suit actually altar the physical appearance of the armor. It's very cool. The quest was very fun. I really enjoyed it. 9. Prey armor. I didnt play prey so I had no attachment to it. Didnt buy it. 10. The skyrim stuff is cool, but absolutely OP. 11. No Doom armor?
Wouldve been so cool if you could still get into the sentinel armor, like an iron man suit following you around waiting for you to hop in when a deathclaw pops out
Without CC delayed the X02 creation can cause the door to not open at the start. The tunnel snakes can also break the 1st quest in the game (not sure if delayed helps with this, I'm not wasting money in it on an if). CC has a lot of good stuff added in, Shame so much of it causes problems. Edit: oh look. They actually fixed it.
The steel sword is probably still there, it just clips under the garbage and stuff in the toilet. If you use the TCL command, you can get it, but the fact that it clips through the ground is.. dumb.. to say the least.
The Sentinel Power armor is awesome if you get the Nexus Mod, Liberty Power Armor. What you can end up with is a mini Liberty Prime following you around and it is awesome. There are even nuke grenades for him to use!
The first time I played the capital waist at on. I thought I would have to do a VR training sim or something just to get the training to fly. I very rarely have this in my load order anymore.
Don't forget that the X02 power armor gives you Tesla coil armor and it's great to hurt any nearby enemies that you haven't shot or killed first, plus if your in water it electrifies any enemy in water (helpful in far harbor) and if you pair it with the Quake lightbolt weapon. Edit: the Captain Cosmos also has a unique modification that's a cowboy hat that makes your reloads quicker

"i dont play on survival so power armor isn't really a necessity for me anyways" is way too true, my most successful survival run mostly relies on cheesing the intelligence to exp points system [full intelligence, intelligence bobble head, vault lab coat, ushanka hat, Idiot Savant perk, three of the Live & Love comics that boost exp gains] to rapidly level up and get what I need in a certain order to survive Sadly I could not put much into endurance, so my character essentially lives inside their power armor

Would you consider the items you can get from the Atom Shop in Fallout 76 as paid mods as well? Or any other game that has a microtransactions store? Would you also call those paid mods?
@@hermos3602 most of the atomic shop content is cosmetic (from what I remember) and they are created by Bethesda themselves. I like the cc though since I'm a console pleb and I have no other way of experiencing these mods because of Sony's vendetta against modding.
You could have used the *player.additem **_itemID_* command to spawn in the missing sword and compare its stats for yourself. If I had to choose my favorite armor, I'd have to go with the Chinese stealth armor -- and in saying that, I believe Bethesda can still find ways to improve some of the content in (the) Creation Club, because Lord knows how much the content in it needs some serious fixing & or improvement. For example, they could add the ability to mod the Chinese stealth armor further by adding in five armor slots, one each for the head, the body, the arms and the legs. Each slot can allow us to add in special mods, like fall damage reducers in the legs or an internal database for the head that adds a single point of Intelligence; on top of all that, they could also add in the ability to change the design with faction skins. No doubt that if Bethesda did exactly this for the Chinese stealth armor _specifically,_ I'd make the armor a mainstay in any Brotherhood & Institute build that also relies heavily on stealth.
that's actually a point I make on something completely different that I'm working on a script for... but it fits so well... I'm sure this didn't inspire me at all. :)
I bought the "Gunners vs Minutemen" one and never regretted my purchase... I just wish the mod "We Are The Minutemen" could still actually _use_ the paintjobs included.
I'm probably the only one who likes the vanilla leather armor the best. On top of the green shirt & combat boots with ballistic weave, and let's not forget a magical battered fedora. I'm nearly unkillable unless I fall asleep mid game.
Dude...i play with A LOT off mod. 800+. I play my game as a survival with no fast travel. The sentinel suit DOES NOT DEGRADE THE ARMOR. It looses lofe but it always stay at the armor level it had when you activate it. There is a mod that let you "deactivate" it. So you can enter it. Its perfect for my game. If i newd rad peotection, or to survivs, i just use the holo tape, disable it, get inside. Do my business. And before it break, i get out, reactivate it. I keep my heavy gun on it. Sp i also save weight. By far one of the best thing in my playthru right now.
I do want to point out that if you’re not running a stealth AP heavy build, the Chinese Stealth Armor is kinda bad. Not only can it not be upgraded, but moving forward while stealthed actually drains your AP, meaning it can seriously screw up your VATS uses. This is kinda mitigated because for some reason it doesn’t consume AP when moving backwards or sideways and only forward, but if you don’t play around that and are heavy into VATS usage it can end up screwing you over.
I bought the $40 pack on steam that includes all dlcs. I’ve found the X-02 power armor and Tesla cannon when I played though. Are these the basic CC installs that I get for free or is it every single CC?
The X-02 being worse than the X-01 is actually gameplay accurate to the Enclave Power Armor from FO3 being worse than T-51 and Fallout 2’s Advanced Power Armor
As far as the Chinese Stealth Armor goes, there's a (free) mod on the Nexus which does much the same, with the possibility of mods for it, and the proper resistances to make it a more useful armor set.

How do you change the voice
@@vashkuratko21 when you interact with it, there is the option to select personality matrix. the choices are sentry bot(default), Mr. Gutsy, assaultron, and Liberty Prime. Prime is available after completing a miscellaneous quest from reading one of the holotapes
Anyone else hear "Fursuit" when he said "The first suit I encounter"?
I bought most of these armors and played extensively. Heres a bit if extra commentary:
YAY was worried u werent gonna continue this series! I adore your stuff man keep up the great work!
Wouldve been so cool if you could still get into the sentinel armor, like an iron man suit following you around waiting for you to hop in when a deathclaw pops out
What sucks is that on Playstation downloading some of them will mess up the save files with the 0gb bug so I so they fix it with the next Gen update
Probably my favorite all time youtuber rn, love ya grey
Really think you should have docked points for breaking base game quests with this ranking system. Quality should be part of a paid mini dlc grading.
Imagine if you could wear the sentinel power armor and then get out and it becomes your bodyguard
The Sentinel Power armor is awesome if you get the Nexus Mod, Liberty Power Armor. What you can end up with is a mini Liberty Prime following you around and it is awesome. There are even nuke grenades for him to use!
Liberty power armor is amazing great textures and paint!
The first time I played the capital waist at on. I thought I would have to do a VR training sim or something just to get the training to fly. I very rarely have this in my load order anymore.
Wow the creation Club hellfire looks. really bad.
they werent kidding when they said there was a better version up on the Nexus.
You can put ballistic weave on the morgan's space suit which makes it pretty overpowered
Please do all of the Creation club.
Please have mercy on his wallet
he is reviewing all CC stuff, just in chunks
have some patience would ya

Okay, I was drinking some water and DID NOT expect to see Littlepip from Fallout Equestria at 8:34, literally jolted and had to make sure I didn’t choke
R.I.P. your wallet
Honestly it’s quite insulting that they put the Minutemen retaking Quincy behind a paywall when it should’ve been in the base game.
The x02 PA has about 960 durability for the torso with titanium plates. It’s the most durable suit I think
I was so excited for this video. Thank you
How the hell are you going to not mention the cowboy hat mod on the Captain Cosmos helmet?
You can also put Ballistic Weave on the Chinese Stealth Armor.
The captain cosmo power armor actually looks pretty cool might get it for my base
Also, there's a second suit in one of the other rooms in the main studio. So you get 2 for 1 if you have a companion with you.
I want a mod that adds the Horse Power Armor to raider armor lists, I know it wouldn’t make sense but I need that little bit of challenge
you fighting raiders and just hear "NAYYYY" and some level 1 raider charges you with a pool cue
"i dont play on survival so power armor isn't really a necessity for me anyways" is way too true, my most successful survival run mostly relies on cheesing the intelligence to exp points system [full intelligence, intelligence bobble head, vault lab coat, ushanka hat, Idiot Savant perk, three of the Live & Love comics that boost exp gains] to rapidly level up and get what I need in a certain order to survive
Sadly I could not put much into endurance, so my character essentially lives inside their power armor
not entirely sure what the lowkey shade being thrown at Prey was supposed to be.
The game sold fairly well, nearly everyone i have ever talked to that played it loved it and if you look up discussion about it, you find nearly unanimous cheers for it with people here on youtube for example calling it "severely underrated", "Arkanes masterpiece" and "Genius".
u can get the sentinel armour at the start of ur survival playtrough by doing the bos quests until danse waits outside arcjet and then leading dawson to danse and then u can just grab je password and get it. don’t even need to do the first part near slocums joe
You showed the Doom armor but I missed the overview of it in the 1st video and had to go back and rewatch it 😅
Oh god I was not expecting a "Fallout Equestria" reference! 😂🤣
Just found your channel, good stuff man. Keep it up
hundreds of dollars for mods is insane
Would you consider the items you can get from the Atom Shop in Fallout 76 as paid mods as well? Or any other game that has a microtransactions store? Would you also call those paid mods?
@@hermos3602 most of the atomic shop content is cosmetic (from what I remember) and they are created by Bethesda themselves. CC content on the other hand Is not made by Bethesda But by modders who are paid poorly for their work. I like the cc though since I'm a console pleb and I have no other way of experiencing these mods because of Sony's vendetta against modding.
I like how X-02 has Tesla slots seperate from the main chestplate upgrade. Lets ya keep the jetpack. :D
You could have used the *player.additem **_itemID_* command to spawn in the missing sword and compare its stats for yourself. Every item in the game, whether it's vanilla, a mod, or CC content, has an ID that can be used to spawn it with the command console. You find that ID by using the *help **_itemName_* command.
I like the hellfire but I feel like it needs more flair, tubes going from the helmet since it's clearly based on a gas mask, more pizazz in general.
Since the Enclave remnants quests are free now did you get your money back?
No doubt that if Bethesda did exactly this for the Chinese stealth armor _specifically,_ I'd make the armor a mainstay in any Brotherhood & Institute build that also relies heavily on stealth.
gunners vs minutemen feels like it was cut off right at its climax. You raise the flag and then!.. nothing.
that's actually a point I make on something completely different that I'm working on a script for... but it fits so well... I'm sure this didn't inspire me at all. :)
I bought the "Gunners vs Minutemen" one and never regretted my purchase... I just wish the mod "We Are The Minutemen" could still actually _use_ the paintjobs included.
"Richly detailed"
In terms of writing, fuck no lmao
Fun fact it was originally planned to allow you have dogmeat and another companion so sentinel companion is the closest to that
The Sword spawns all the trime. It just drops under the ground. Most likely when Grenades are used.
What did you use for the background music? Great video by the way, thank you
Fallout s song in menu i love that song
I am levvel 70 btw
By far one of the best thing in my playthru right now.
the chinese stealth armor is godly for fallout 76 sniper builds since you can see through scopes
The hellfire looks the coolest (to me) and has the most protection, it’s the best power armor
Love your videos man
9:25 I’ve had word from a settlement asking for help
Hellfire disrespect in not tolerated!
Btw you can put ballistic weave on the Chinese stealth armor
Yet again my guy you are appreciated 🙏🏿
I think it would be great if minutemen vs gunner paint jobs were available to other creation club Power Armors..
Hellfire power armor, my beloved
I do want to point out that if you’re not running a stealth AP heavy build, the Chinese Stealth Armor is kinda bad. Not only can it not be upgraded, but moving forward while stealthed actually drains your AP, meaning it can seriously screw up your VATS uses. This is kinda mitigated because for some reason it doesn’t consume AP when moving backwards or sideways and only forward, but if you don’t play around that and are heavy into VATS usage it can end up screwing you over.
I loved the backpack and for real, its the only thing i buyed, the rest i got for free, the backpack is my go to for every playthrou
Will you do a similar review to the new CC stuff that was added recently such as the Enclaves, Halloween, and crafted weapons?
So as someone who hasn’t played the creation club DLC, does this add new areas to your current save, and is this official armor or fan armor
I bought the $40 pack on steam that includes all dlcs. I’ve found the X-02 power armor and Tesla cannon when I played though. Are these the basic CC installs that I get for free or is it every single CC?
They added these to everyones game along some other addons when the game had its "Next Gen update" recently, so no relation to the DLCs pack
It's too bad you didn't mention that the Horse power armor is a joke about horse armor dlc from Oblivion.
Yountake that back. The hellfire was my forever goto powerarmor i love that thing
I hope you make a part two to this video
The X02 kinda looks like an elite ultra from halo
Great video idea
the chinese stealth armor can get ballistic weave if i recall correctly
The X-02 being worse than the X-01 is actually gameplay accurate to the Enclave Power Armor from FO3 being worse than T-51 and Fallout 2’s Advanced Power Armor
As far as the Chinese Stealth Armor goes, there's a (free) mod on the Nexus which does much the same, with the possibility of mods for it, and the proper resistances to make it a more useful armor set.
That was removed but there is a mod that alters the CC armor to be much closer to the fallout 3 version. Including removing the damn AP drain.
What sucks is I can’t access the creation club at all. It’s greyed out for me and Bethesda is no help. It sucks because for once I would spend money just so I can get the hellfire armor
The Chinese Stealth Armor should have been on the Submarine. It would make sense lore-wise, and would tie it into a quest.
How i get ivey s tesla power armour? I need it pleaassee

We love Miracle of Sound! Glad to see another fan even if its from a slight diss on Prey
I've listened to him since he only had 3 songs and now I feel really old when I realize how long ago that was...
@@Theegreygaming I first started from his Commander Shepherd song, crazy to see how far hes gone since then.
i think it would be better if the mayority of this content were in the base game or like a part of a big dlc.
I love the Captain Cosmos suit
My main problem with the sentinel armor is that there are moss that do it better
