I stayed there recently in December to see if I wanted to buy in or not. Actually, I can forgive the stupid shower door that goes only inward to the small shower stall since everything else there was quite decent. The supermarket was nice and the dim sum place was actually quite good. One thing I feel the developer could have done better would have been giving the bigger units (the dual keys and say 3 and 4 bedders) one more car park. One car park for the most expensive units is stupid.
Agreed, but if really need one more car park, may need to rent from other owner 🫢 otherwise that area mostly rented to those travel daily between sg and Jb, hence maybe they think that not necessarily give one more car park for bigger unit.
Too many shopping mall...maybe overdevelopment...people's mostly target around strategic near busy area or heavy traffic people with business building tower or hotel ....😅

别急,这里还有很多很多地可以建第三第四或第五期。根据马来西亚一路来的潮流,第一手把一般亏大本,等几年买二或三手的会便宜很多。半价都有可能。广州富力地产,在半年前已申请破产,两年亏损超300亿。买家会跟谁签合同?

这么好的地区,建设那么多座高楼层公寓,说是星期五晚上购物商场都没有人潮,只是底层楼有一点点人,我看开店做生意的都是中国餐多,我听我的agent说哪里的公寓很多都是去新加坡工作来这里租全满了,很抢手,租价高,只是政府投资这么多高楼公寓式太可惜了,在多10年就变烂尾楼了。
估计你对烂尾楼的意思有误解了😅 那边确实是租房的,然后每天新马两地来回的很多
去了好几次都是冷冷清清😅

感觉以后富力这里会很吵,因为前面有地铁高桥,后面海面也要填海扩大新加坡ciq,以后富力两边的地都很靠近新加坡ciq………本来很多人还说可以看到海景,哈哈哈哈
第一期的话,后续大多数会是blocked view了,二期有些不会block
@@zsdaily2022 第二期可能非常靠近新加坡Ciq,新加坡好像年底就要开始填海,新的Ciq面積非常大到时候车流量尤其是货车和摩托车一定更多,到时候可能会很吵……包括富力第三期前面哪一片海,新加坡也要填海盖ciq…第一期面向马来西亚Ciq的单位,就面对地铁高桥…住高楼的应该会很吵尤其是列车转弯的时候……几年前就是想到这点没买富力,我买里面一些的公寓

现在的TH-camr 好像是KK 园毕业的,睁眼说瞎话,公主湾的Mall 几乎都是关的,这么多年了都租不出去,而且公主湾Bank 是不会给你Full Loan 的,因为卖价已经是Over price 了。。。所以要买JB 最好不要投资这里。

人潮太少。
mall里面除了那间买过季运动用品的店和几间没生意的眼镜店就什么都没有了。
连戏院去年也关闭了。
整体来说大陆发展商在本地发展的projects都没能成功吸引人潮。跟the mall, mid valley southkey差太多了。
确实,反而比较远些的mall比如 midvalley Southkey, KSL mall, Aeon Tebrau那些还更热闹~
