With Medini which leasehold plus the price is mainly priced for the unknowing foreigners, (there are so many other popular estates in JB) that is so much more more affordably priced plus the lack of everyday amenities. The area is super overpriced in my opinion. Buy and you can be easily be stuck for ten years. Why do the real estate agents/developers think that foreigners are so gullible that they will buy into their unlikely fair tales.

哈哈 我對Medini的印象就是Mco quarantine hotel - Ramada Hotel. 不知不覺也很多年過去了~
那時候就覺得Medini區是很寧靜安逸的地方~
但在我的地點去到那裡真的挺遠~

那個區應該是全新山最沒文化的區，外國人如果在那個區駕車一定會很奇怪為什麼每輛車都衝紅燈的無論是破車還是豪華車，我試過停住等紅綠燈還被後面的車hon我催我衝紅燈😂🤣😂
在没车的情况下，是没什么问题的哈哈
