Prince Henry did NOT win any legal battle. Whilst the judge in a civil court found that, in approximately 4 out of 15 items, unlawful information gathering PROBABLY happened, the other 11 were possible but not proven. I suggest you read the court documents which are in the public arena. Additionally, Henry was awarded £140,000 in civil damages BUT because he was previously offered £200,000 in a 'we do not agree with you but here is some money to end this' settlement by MGN he is deemed to have wasted the court's time and money. Consequently, he will likely be required to pay ALL court costs, his & MGNs & the £50,000 he was ordered to pay when he tried to have MGNs defence thrown out and failed. £50,000 for 3 days of court costs is quite normal so imagine the size of the costs for several years. Finally, despite anything that came out of this civil case, Henry demanded that Criminal charges be brought against MGN. This is unlikely to happen because just like in the U.S., there is a burden of proof beyond reasonable doubt and these claims cannot be proven beyond reasonable doubt, as the civil court judge stated. Try and get your facts straight before peddling misinformation.

@@tonysamawuenyega5656 I did. I am going by the civil judges rulings which anyone can read if they choose to do so. The point is he was offered more in a "we disagree with you but here's some money to end this" settlement and is now viewed by the civil court as having wasted the court's time.
He was asking for £400,000, so he is far from getting what he wanted. Also, his lawyer was extensively disparaged by the judge in his ruling for his subpar preparation. The media ran with a few soundbites that did not cover the whole truth.

The problem is that they cannot remember the lies. First, Meghan states that Henry was asked about the colour of Archie's skin, then Henry states Meghan did not say that and the evil British Press said it. Then he said it wasn't racism but unconscious bias but of it's unconscious bias how would anyone know they were guilty of it. Also, no-one saw Meghan as biracial in the U.K. until she said she was. On and in case anyone thinks this is the first time anything was said about baby skin colour, a simple Google search and this time it was the press, of Kate and the possibility of her skin tone and wider gene pool causing darker skinned babies will show that it wasn't. This was never racism, Meghan just wanted to be a victim.

Greed ! He thought he would get the same amount or more than what William got when he settled ! The irony is that when William won his case he donated all the money to Harry’s INVICTUS games !
Since he won less than the settlement offer, Harry has to pay his own legal bills estimated at $1-2 million. Plus, he has to pay the Mirror's legal fees, estimated at another $1-2 million

What both of them forget is that if they destroy the monarchy, they destroy themselves because Meghan will not be entitled to royal titles if that happens. The children will cease to be a Prince and Princess too. Meghan is nothing without Henry.
