I'm not in Judiciary but just last month a girl (just a friend who liked me) was insisting me to marry her. I clearly said NO. Then she forced me to "make physical love" with her and then think about it.
I knew what she was doing, she was persuading me to have physical relation with her so that later she could file a fake complaint against me that I made relationship with her on the pretext of marriage, so that ultimately she could marry me.
Because I'm preparing for govt exams (not judiciary), I was aware of these cases and didn't changed my decision, otherwise what could have been better for a single boy who's been asked to make casual physical relation with his own (normal) female friend.

What change is needed is not the law but the enforcement, the enforcing teams like police or cbi are all biased in investigations… what change is brought making enforcement teams accountable is important. Second most important need in India is to increase courts and judges, this will never happen. Without this it is just BJPs another stunt to create laws in their name.
The section numbers shouldn't be changed only the definitions should be changed. Additional rules can be added under new numbers.
