I was diagnosed with acute kidney failure in March 2023. I understand this method of ‘CBA’ in terms of how to approach this kidney issue. I am a retired accountant with MBA.
I decided the ‘benefit’ of drinking more water and eating a better diet would outweigh the ‘cost’ of no lifestyle change. My kidneys improved and I have lost 55 pounds.
The point: what does it ‘cost’ us if we do not change? What are the ‘benefits’ of making a change?
What is ‘cost’ to take more meds?
What are ‘benefits’ of diet change in regular foods to manage this condition/diagnosis?
It’s logic based analysis. Don’t ignore this logic.
I changed. Took time. I’m age 75. This will delay faster deterioration of my kidneys at this point. I’m sticking with my diet. I don’t want dialysis.
Thank you for this video. It gives us ‘options’.
