File a complaint to UPS if the driver was spinning the box. They do that on purpose because some people hate reptiles. Make your voice heard please for the animal.
Yeni Alvarado when i order a tarantula i put a little sign on my step that says “EXTREMELY DELICATE LIVE ANIMAL IN PACKAGE PLEASE DO NOT THROW” so hopefully seeing a sign will slow them down and keep it in the back of their mind bc i know the job can probably get monotonous and all the packages blend together

I never really understood reptiles or thought of them as cute and having personalities but you have changed my views totally. I love how you treat your pets so well and educate us about them. I can see you love your baby black throat just like I love my kitten. I never thought of lizards as beautiful until I saw this one!
When we watch you, we see the love and care you give these animals it brings us immense joy. Someone who watches you was in a place to give you something that you wanted but never thought you would get. Watching your joy rewards us and I'm so glad you were given that joy. From what The Guy says about Simba, I presumed that as long as they have food available that monitors continue to grow throughout their lives, even Simba, just not at fast once they are mature adults.
Hell if people can have cougars, parrots, monkeys, wild animals Etc living with them in their home like any other pet why couldn't the lizard do the same? No matter the size.
@@twistedara Well they can to an extent. They are apparently relatively personable as far as interacting with them. The main thing is that they need the proper environment most of the time. Given their size, a spare bedroom would do just fine. They aren't aquatic so at least you don't need to set up an indoor pond for them.

You need a hand-shaped stone mold for their cage! So they feel comfortable in "your" hand whilst basking!! It would be cute to have it custom made, you know like a an actual cast of your hand in the same position you were holding him in.. when they outgrow it- it can hold bugs or food? So cute!!
