    In Bangalore there are several Iyengar Bakeries, I love their sweet bread... crispy outside and deliciously soft inside... yum!!
    Could I request you to please try to upload such a bread recipe that we can attempt to bake at home in Australia.

    Tried eggless omlet... followed each step exact same way ... but It became too smooth and broke drastically and couldn't flip it over!! Taste wise good but something is missing to make it bind and be able to flip over!

      Actually these are reasonably high in protein, considering typical breakfasts. People think they need more protein than they actually do, ridiculous amounts like a gram of protein per pound of body weight a day. These are good amounts of protein for breakfast.

    Bdw this is not a high protein breakfast for ur information okkk....first know abt protein then make a video on that....is there anything high in protein🙄🙄🤔😂

      avi Das . These are vegetarian dishes. Besan is high in protein as it made from chana.

      preetam das r u talking abt these besans which r made from duplicate chanas..there is no protein in these veg dishes.kindly check nd see then tell...soya chunks is one of them which is high in proteins..okk..except that these items r no protein sources..chick peas r also high protein sources...They know nothing bt writing as high protein breakfast...maida is like slow poison u know..nd when we add salt in to curd which hebbars kitchen has done..it means in curd there is presence of good bacteria nd when salt is added bacteria dies nd becomes bad bacteria..okkk.have some knowledge then speak buddy..😉

      avi Das how can you be so sure that soya chunks are not duplicate. You buy the good brand besan and enjoy. Maida quantity in quite less. The breakfast videos shown here are healthy . If you are so concerned about good bacteria than you can enjoy your curd later with good bacteria.

      preetam das omg m not telling that i m eating high class breakfast or they r doing bad low class breakfast..bt surely in todays world each nd every branded items also r not gud for health they r duplicatea nd not pure..dont see the outer information bt try to see the inner thing..so i told these thingss.nd bdw these may be gud for breakfast bt not high in protein as they have written nd u r thinking nd u told that besan is made from chaana bt its not channa itself na so how can it be high protein..sab bekar ki cheejein banaya he..okk broo..😉😉
