I am a 65 year old lady who discovered Moby through the Bourne films. During the COVID pandemic I was diagnosed with lung cancer. My only family are in Italy, I live in the UK and felt very alone. Throughout surgeries and treatment Moby’s music gave me such strength and comfort. I am so grateful there are artists of his talent in the world. Thank you all for your kind thoughts, they have touched me deeply. I wish everyone good health, happiness and peace. ❤️
It was 2000 and I was in year 9 (Aussie here) and I bought the PLAY CD at HMV... I would take a train to school everyday and for an hour I would have it on repeat. This song alone would be played at 6-7am sitting on the train watching all the houses go by thinking where I’ll be when I’m an adult. I’m now 36 with 2 boys and this song still gets me every time. Thank you.
Oh Moby, if you knew so much time I spent with you. I was a child, then I became a youth. Now I am 32 years old, and you are still with me. Thank you Moby! 🧡
Aw! I felt this comment could've been mine 😁 I'm 33 now and Mobys work is the soundtrack of my life since I was 14. His music is absolutely one of a kind and always recognisable as his, immediately ♡
My disabled son loved Porcelain when he was a baby, it would relax him. This beautiful song will always forever brings back memories of us enjoying Moby's great talents.
A friend of mine has an autist son, and whenever he listens to these songs, he starts snapping his fingers in signal of happiness and comfort. Music is magic.
My wife and I met on the train in 2000. Your music has been the soundtrack for us ever since. Porcelain reminds me of the first time I saw her. 20 years later and the memories are burned in my mind. She said yes and we say thank you!
Moby reminds me i am still alive. Simply listening, helps me tune out the unexplained and irrational anger i constantly feel. Thank you so much Moby!!!
I was 20 when this was released, that Moby - Play, was the soundtrack of that summer. Remember working on a fast food restaurant making money for buying a ticket for a music festival with my friends by the sea in Benicassim, Spain. We were young, unstoppable, fearless, happy, innocent, nothing to lose, all green lights, exploring, discovering, the sea, the sun, the beach, love, sex, getting high, more love, living the present, absorbing each second, squeezing life... This songs always take me back to those particular and priceless moments like it was yesterday, I feel it in my guts. Actually, there were some moments in my life it was hard to listen to this song. It's one of those, you know what I mean. Even though I'm happy with my actual living some tears have rolled down my cheeks remembering those days. Thanks Moby for making so beautiful songs and melodies.
I remember my childhood. I was 4 years old and had a DVD player. I had a CD with a collection of cool songs and there were 3 moby songs. We lived poorly, but we believed in work. now we have our own plant nursery. How long have I been listening to this song. A very soulful version. Thanks for the good songs.
Everything about this was beautiful, and I'm happy for your success with the new plant nursery. Here's to a lifetime of even greater happiness and success, both in health and finances.
This man has made me cry with this whole new version. Can't believe the artistry behind this man. This is going to be an amazing album ❤️ Thanks for doing it!
I am a 15 year old teenager, I have been listening to Moby since childhood, I really like his music, this album turned out to be very good. When I ride a bike and listen to this album, I feel very good at heart. Thanks Moby! Hello from Russia!
The musical intelligence of Moby is formidable. I bought the Reprise album at the second that it was released. Vinyl, of course. It is hard to not feel a single emotion at all at any of the songs, the Reprise album touches something deep in a person and takes you to a place uncharted in your mind for a little while. What else to say, than this is one of the best albums I have in my collection thank you Moby for this beautiful voyage and hitting me right there where I thought I did build thick walls, only to see them crippled by a few simple words and rhythms throughout the whole Reprise album and make it so special it edges my mind in ways I couldn’t imagine.
The first time I heard this I was watching the Beach in 2003. That movie is so incredibly beautiful as is this song. With so many pieces of hell out here I'm so thankful we have slices of heaven like this. It really helps me picture the world in better light again after going through something emotionally painful
Not all heroes wear capes. I was listening to this song when I was in the belly. Listened to it when I came out and am still listening to it still today. Thank you Moby.

This track hits me so hard with bitter sweet emotion.... my fiance passed away in front of me after a year of watching him wither away from pancreatic cancer...Moby's music has saved me from so much darkness. Thank you Moby..4everLoveU 💙
I want this played at my funeral when my soul leaves my body and i fly around the beautiful planet and see the world which i have never seen.....such a beautiful song and tune it touches my soul moby is a musical mastermind love this 💜
I associate this song with my dad, he lives in another country during one visit when I was eight at the time, there was a moby playlist playing in the background and out of many songs I only remembered that one. Unforunately I didn't know the title until many years later when I came across this masterpiece by accident since then I have been listening to it every day.
The photograph is awesome too, like a memory of Play that's blurred around the edges but vivid enough to remember how it felt listening to it back then.
This is so beautiful! I have tears in my eyes as I listen to this song and imagine my dad dancing to this in the sky. He really loved your music. Thank you for doing this ❤
I've been listening to porcelain over and over again since March 8th. This was the song that put my twin baby girls back to sleep in the night when I held them and danced slowly. My heart is full of sadness and I just woke up myself in the middle of the night and this notification is on my phone. Goodnight Gem and Prize. 🌙☀️⭐

I sat with my girlfriend in the sand of Maya Bay. When the sun went down we heard porcelain. I will never forget that feeling. Difficult to explain, everything felt so "right" in that moment.
Love from Turkey Gocek. The best song ever... You dedicated this song to our beautiful country in your concert in Istanbul in 2011. Thank you Moby for every beauty you gave to us ,to our lives.....
It's 2000. It's February. Open Air. It begins to snow. A bald-headed guy steps on the stage, topless. Begins to play this. An experience of a lifetime.
When I first heard the original in 2000, it made me yearn for something I never experienced..... Today, I heard this version for the first time, and it's like a bittersweet bookend to something I will never be able to explain. The zenith of Ecstacy, the nadir of Despair, and all that was in-between, before and after.... And now? Well maybe contentment, for the first time. It took me 43 years of existence, but it was worth it.
Dziwne, ta przepiękna muzyka towarzyszy mi zawsze kiedy jestem bardzo smutna. Lubię piękne rzeczy i zawsze słuchając tego utworu wyobraźnia podsuwa mi cieniutką porcelanę, którą delikatnie dotykam, czując jej przyjemny chłód i kruchość.

Love from Turkey Gocek. The best song ever... You dedicated this song to our beautiful country in your concert in Istanbul in 2011. Thank you Moby for every beauty you gave to us ,to our lives.....
Thank you, Moby. It was very good music; very much needed these days. My soul lives on good music.
It's 2000.
It's February.
Open Air.
It begins to snow.
A bald-headed guy steps on the stage, topless.
Begins to play this.
An experience of a lifetime.
The real strings in this are phenomenal. Moby, your music had a huge impact on me at a transitional time in my life. I just want to say thank you.
Back to 00’s. Amazing version! I love it.
I can't stand that this song is so awfully sad, it actually hurts to hear it, but I can't stop listening to it.
