Never heard of John primer, I really like his style of playing the blues
He played with the Muddy Waters Blues Band, and can be seen in the 'famous' 1981 recordings with members of The Rolling Stones (Checkerboard Lounge).
Nice that John gave some space to the second guitarist. Lovin' it!
So nice I had to play it twice.
Has become my favorite
John Primer a true blues man.
Bart Landstra on the harp blowing it up the band is solid crisp and smooth. John is always fire on vocals and slide.

John Primer is an American Chicago blues guitarist and singer
who played in the Muddy Waters Blues Band for years.
John Primer also accompanied the Magic Slim band. I am from Brazil and I had the privilege of watching him in unforgettable performances.
@@gertjankuiper8222 Even better he played for Magic Slim, THE GOD of the blues. Magic had a much more powerful voice than Muddy and louder and raunchier, and moved and grooved harder than Muddy. Magic Slim never got the recognition he deserved.
