No empty space in your pantry, what a wonderful problem to have!!! Miss Elisabeth looks like she's walked out of a Renaissance painting, a classical beauty:)))
I wish I'd thought of being THIS prepared before my babies came. I only had a few casseroles in the freezer for dinner! You, my dear, are the most prepared momma I've ever seen. You just amaze me at your preparedness. I've gotten so many great ideas and recipes from you. Thank you for sharing them with us. If I remember correctly, Hannah turns 2 in December, so you will have 2 big days to celebrate! Have a wonderful week my dear.
I am in the hospital recovering from an unexpected c section; we’d planned a home birth but she came too early for that to be safe, and our local hospital doesn’t do breech. I’ve been watching your videos for 2 years now and have always enjoyed them. Today, I found this video particularly soothing because I needed something normal after a crazy couple of days. Thank you Jessica!
I admire your organizational skills in everything… cooking, gardening, and homeschooling! That pantry is beautiful, I can’t believe that most of that used to fit in your kitchen! Lol
Phew I feel like a total slacker after watching this video! Ur a machine, Jess! Ur family will be so appreciative of all this work to help them! P.s. u look gorgeous!!
You're so smart getting some mixes on the shelf for breakfast. I make a pancake mix and keep it on the shelf (full of dairy you can't use) because my husband likes to make pancakes from a mix. I keep the wet ingredient list taped inside the cabinet. Been doing this for years. Thanks for the motivation to be prepared, even if I'm not expecting. 😊
I don’t have meat containers, so I write the recipe additions on Ziploc bags and make them about six at a time. I place those Sox bags into a gallon Ziploc or a gallon plastic container. When empties, I just refill them. The most helpful mix I make is for my bread machine! My New Year 2025 goal is to cut my bread costs by half-by making better use of my bread machine.
Good luck in this exciting time of your life. I know that this is not your first baby but each and every one is exciting and having things to make life easier is a wonderful idea while nesting. I can't wait to see the new little one. I love your channel and the fact that you allow your children to help even the little ones. It makes them feel important and teaches them life lessons. 😊

Newbie here & am so impressed with your time management & preparing ahead right now. I have to say I can’t imagine 8 children + 1 coming. My first son was born ADHD ( now 57) & at 18 yo it was like having half dozen kids 🤪🤪🤪 not much known back then. You have the patience of a saint. Bless you & your family 😇😇👵🏻❣️
Jessica I always look forward to enjoying your videos. Your preparation is definitely a blessing for your family. Hannah approved of the juice - you have a beautiful little supervisor there😊
We enjoy the Kodiak high protein pancake and waffle mix. Since it’s just two of us, the mix lasts a long time. I need, however, to figure out my own recipe.
I absolutely love that you’re preparing so well for postpartum. I know this will help your recovery from the labor and actual birth so you don’t get too overwhelmed. God’s blessings to you and your entire family Jessica. From here in Hillsdale County Michigan!! ( not that far from you I believe).
Good morning 🙏😊 I absolutely love these recipes! Great ideas for being prepared and for teaching children how to bake and also ready mixes for anytime you need a quick delicious meal or snack! Have a blessed week and looking forward to meeting your newest addition to your family. 🙏🙏
Making mixes ahead of time is a great idea! I used to do that more when our children were young. Very convenient to have on the shelf. Thank you for the recipes! ❤
Wonderful ideas. I know I speak for others that we are excited to see the little one. You are teaching your children so well when you demonstrate your care and provision for them. Valuable lessons in this crazy world.
Thanks Jessica❤ Prayers for you and your family. Thank you for sharing all of your precious time and ideas with us! You can’t imagine how much I’ve learned from watching you! My vinegars - apple and nectarine - are a hit with family and friends! Your inspiration and watching you work with and for your beautiful family is truly God sent. Blessings🙏🏻🥰🙏🏻
The muffin mixes are a great idea! I should have done this when my kids were at home and I was waking up early to have breakfast on the table. I have a shelf unit that look similar to yours. I spaced the shelves out when assembling for maximum jar storage and I keep forgetting to cut a piece of ply wood to screw into the top for extra space. My stove is currently out, so I am using cast iron on my grill. I think that this will be a perfect opportunity touse my new cast iron muffin pan using indirect heat. Thank you for your insights into having breakfasts ready to go! You will be so ready for baby #9 and after his/her arrival the family will definitely be a huge help to you. God Bless you all!
Love watching your videos getting new ideas for meals for my husband and myself. Going to use your juice idea for my granddaughters introduction to juice.
The quick mix for muffins is so convenient. I’m an empty nester but having that mix would be great for breakfast on a busy work week. I could use up the frozen berries and gain some freezer space.
Thank you for this video and I am retired and I still have to do meal plan , because I still work and blessing to you and your family with the new baby ❤
What a great idea for small batch recipe makers, also! Great to TH-cam check in with you. We are downsizing and moving to the city, so I haven't been watching homesteading channels as much. BEST WISHES ♡
You’re in my prayers Jessica. And all the family as well. I love the juice idea. Cranberry with any fruit is so good and healthy benefits. You just make life so easy for whoever helps you. Always a blessing for others ! ❤
Jar meals that I always used, if i'm sick or when I had a baby, is beef stew and turkey gravy That's something that my entire family will eat every Single day for every single meal if they have to.
Wow. Your energy level amazes me Jessica ♥️. These are even perfect for the upcoming season, easy. Breakfasts for storm days and things need to be shoveled out which is tiring on its own so no need to pull it all out, just open that jar. I’ve been shoveling for years and don’t feel spending money on a snowblower a necessity- I’ve many hand crank kitchen items too FOR winter as we lose power a LOT and times for many days in a row. Thank you for sharing these. Most enjoyable coffee time is Sunday morning with you 😊🤗. We all love how you do these videos, some of my friends have a few others they watch too saying most of the channels, they act like tv shows and shows they watch too many cooking shows 😂😄. You look fantastic dear. 🥰

Great video! My husband and I are expecting our first child early next year. I have been trying to get everything canned up in to meals. This is another thing I will add to the list.

Always appreciate your videos and learning so many great ideas! Thank you for sharing the recipes as well! Blessings on your family and your growing homestead Jessica! 🌻🐛🌿💚🙏💕👵
Having food allergies here, especially gluten and dairy, watching your videos gives me ideas I hadn’t thought of before. I’ve only had to watch food ingredients for about 7-8 years. After many years of cooking without limitations, it is a new learning curve. But even without that, I enjoy watching your videos. You present food prep without fear tactics. (I know we should always be prepared for anything, but some people make you think doomsday is tomorrow. You feel you need to drain your bank account and buy whatever you can now). I’m working on the no excess empty jars myself. We’re doing some remodeling and it gets a little messy at times. Soon my permanent food storage area will be in place. My goal is the one year food rotation, make what you’d eat in a year then replace when you get enough empty jars.
People say its so expensive to eat a special diet but i don't agree with that. Since having to eat gluten free i don't eat any processed food and i dont eat out. Everything is cooked at home. Junk food is pretty much non existent. Yes store bought gf food is expensive but honestly homemade tastes better (except for gf oreo cookies those are pretty good). Whole food is gluten free, i do find myself watching street food videos, deep fried batter coated slathered with sauces with unknown ingredients as i head to the fridge for carrot sticks.
@@lynhanna917 it’s bread that is the hardest to deal with. We don’t eat gluten free bread often or even make it because it’s not like regular bread no matter how you make or buy it. But I miss eating hamburgers without a bun or some good toast with homemade jam.
Loved this Jessica! You always keep yourself busy, busy, and especially at this time with the arrival of the baby coming. Here hoping your week goes well.
Hi Jessica. I haven't been here in a while, but am happy you are almost ready for #9. Hannah is so big! Your meal prep for post-partum is terrific as usual. I wish you the best, Adam too. God Bless You all

Oh my goodness Jessica I have not seen your videos and quite some time and didn’t realize you were expecting again. Congratulations!
