Oh we love the first snow and we got a lot last week, my dogs absolutely love the snow. Thank you for the reminder about the Advent candle, we almost forgot.
We’ve ended up with just burning one candle on the meal table every night of advent. I couldn’t find my stash of candles and don’t have a chance to buy anymore before Christmas now! It’s different this year but just as warm and cozy!
How lovely to wake up to a dust of snow! The storm was almighty here in Yorkshire with a 90km/h gale! As you did, it was time to anchor down indoors, sweetly crafting away! What a gorgeous star your daughter made! 🌲
Snow is just the best in their eyes! The stars are made from “kite” paper, but you can also use grease proof or tracing paper if it’s not too thick. You can find tutorials on Pinterest, if you search something like “Waldorf paper star”
What a fairy tale village! ❄️

We never grow out that feeling, of waking up to the first snow of the winter. Enjoy your day Fran . I am loving your videos.
Thank you! You too! It’s a pleasure to make and share them!

Gosh, that’s very strong winds! I hope you had no damage where you live?
It was lovely to share the joy of your first snow - thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!❄️
The children sound very happy. What are the advent stars made of. They are lovely.
