I remember some of those things happening. I started paying just before COVID. My biggest gripe is that I have only ever pulled 2 void legos, but I do realize, it is only a game, and I still have fun playing it. I just feel that pulling 1 void lego every 2 years with consistent play is rough.
I feel you on that. I guarantee if I hadnt spent money I would probably only had about the same amount of voids. It sucks but yeah, just a game

I think a lot of Champs will be buffed automatically if they do some type of dungeon for books. A lot of Champions are way better with books but it just takes so many that people don't prioritize those specific champions. At least that's what I think.
Yeah having a champion without all their books is a tough one. Like I remember I had Acrizia without books and she was no where near full power. Its just crazy how big of a difference there is between no books and books

I have no doubt that there are people working for Plarium who care about all the games, and want them to be played for a long, long time. I think it's a mixture of pride and self-interest, in that they want the games to stay relevant--so that they have jobs for a long time, too. (And nothing wrong with that desire--but it flies in the face of modern corporate economics.)
The problem is, Plarium is not run by gamers. In fact, Plarium is owned by a slot-machine company that is only looking at the return on its investment. There will come a point when Plarium gets sold to someone else, and at that point, the future of all Plarium games, including RAID, will be in doubt.
I agree with your comment that, if Plarium hasn't instituted a way to farm Legendaries, they never will. They also used to give away Sacred shards--one per month as a log-in reward, I kid you not--but they stopped doing that.
The game is built on a pay-to-win model and that is simply not going to change.
Yeah, everything you said holds true and in fact, I thought I saw a couple weeks ago that Plarium was getting sold. So maybe that’s happening
@@mrburritoslayerRSL, I knew there was talk, but I wasn't aware that it had actually happened.
We will be assured that the game will kept running just as it is through the transition--and that might be true; we will also likely be assured that development will continue as it has--and that is likely to be false.
I think there will come a time when RAID players will be wise to sit on their wallets and adopt a "wait-and-see" attitude toward what shakes out with RAID. I, for one, wouldn't want to continue investing in a game that could be jerked out from under me at any moment.
