@@prosploiter if u still want to know its in the bitter cold area. it appears when you walk in cabin and you can see him walk in and out of a cabin over and over. he doesnt kill you either just walk into him

To encounter a monster you must die to it. Julius is the monster who bangs on the window, walking into the living room will kill you.
