Please don't believe this access claim. This is an old video and there is currently no road from Kharadi side and they are simply fooling customers with blatant lies.
Everyone who is posting good comments are all their sales and marketing people. None of those reviews are genuine.
I would strongly encourage prospective customers to ask them direct questions about road.
No doubt VJ delivers on time, quality is okay. But this road thing is a BIGGG Lie

That road is Already blocked post phase 1 booking .
Now again they are making story and open for phase 2

People don't get fooled. The access road to this project is not available. Get it in writing from the builder because channel partners will fool customers to levels we can't even imagine

A cheater builder both Kohinoot and VJ. 1 st phase sold confirming the access road from ubale nagar. And later it closed by Panchsheel stating rented road.
Now again this people are coming for ph2 and then same story repeated.
So beware any booking for ph2 in Kohinoor and Vj

This connectivity road from Ubale Nagar side is currently blocked by Panchshil builder. No body allowed to use this road. Don't buy this property. Phase 1 owners are in trouble because of road problems.
