    Thanks so much for your tutorial they are definitely the best I've found for eden editor. Could you make a tutorial on how to make a AI do CAS runs or how to call in CAS as the player. Thank you and looking foward to more tutorial videos :)

    Your tutorial videos are very well done - your "basic mission tasks and trigger" helped me pass that wall. I hope you're considering making some on more advanced aspects of the editor. I have two questions though regarding this one:
    - I'm wondering if it was necessary to script the disabling of the chopper since you used the trigger to set waypoint activation anyway;
    - What if the activation triggers have to be set relative to a moving vehicle? I couldn't find any script that would actually correspond to a player actually boarding a vehicle. Surely there is a way to tell a trigger that a player has entered a vehicle without setting a specific location. Any insight?
    EDIT: I found a trivial answer to my second question... there's actually an "in" variable, see community.bistudio.com/wiki/in
    Based on this, you could have created a trigger without any area around the chopper, with instead a "player in heli1" line as your trigger condition for taking off

      Yep that's exactly how you do it. I used an rea as an easy example.
      Most triggers that are used for simple stuff have an area with "blufor" or "any player" present for community missions.

    I am trying to make a "protect the president" game mode but I am having trouble making him follow me. I have tried the follow waypoint but it doesn't work. Would you know how to fix this?

      The best advice I can give is to use unit capture and fly the paths yourself, record them and then trigger them in your mission. The AI in Arma really aren't up to flying in formation or doing escorts. You can have ambient AI aircraft fly tracks, but as for actually having them fly a realistic escort for an insertion or extraction, they just won't do it.

    Are there any mods that anyone knows of to make better intros for missions? Namely in a cutscene kinda way or maybe just a textbox across the screen as an anoncement of the mission? Im new and I have plans to start making my own story line and just wanted to make a cleaner looking into to the campaign im building

      Sounds like the trigger with "variable name" disable MOVE"; might not be correct.
