A Weekend in KRUGER | The Train On The Bridge

- Its November, its our anniversary, and Karen and I decide that we’d like to spend it in the Kruger Park. This time, we’re not self-driving, and nor are we staying in rest camps. We’re going for the spoil and decide to spend the weekend at the Kruger Shalati - the train on the bridge, high above the Sabie River. Join us for this latest adventure in the bush.

Thanks Edward. Yeah, the train experience was really good. If you ever get the chance, I can highly recommend a night or two there as part of a nice spoil tagged onto a longer Kruger stay.

I have two cameras - most of the moving video is shot in a GoPro Hero 8, whilst the zoomed animals are shot with a Canon M50mk11. Nothing fancy or expensive. The GoPro quality is really impressive for such a small camera though.

Hey Louis - thanks for the comment. I use a combination of a GoPro Hero 8 Black and a Canon M50 MKII with 70-300mm lens. Both pretty affordable and quality acceptable.

Werner, its a song called "Call Me Out Tiger" by Velvet Moon. Lyrics are cool, the melody is relaxed and uplifting...have used this song in a couple of the videos and really like it.
