The brain, which has evolved through time and has been functioning, living, acting and believing in all that (time process). When one realizes that
    1. It helps to stop the glorification of our thought processes and
    2. It reduces the power of the mind in my perception, I feel even more free from my thoughts
This is an incredible revelation to me, I needed it. Thank you!

Crucial question as we accept too easily that growing old means loosing your mind at some stage. Stress as a perpetuated fear is seen as natural. It's the norm these days, but not necessarily sane that we acquiesce. Emotions are confused with feeling alive and hence dramatisation is a proof of live and forming personalities around it as with other ' markers ' like tribe, gender, culture, nationality to create an identity.
Useless, but strenuous endeavour and the material for - again stressful conflicts ending more than often in further destructiveness.

“Operating on thought (time) makes the brain senile.” Correct. Thought ( = the past) impedes true observation.

3:52 “We are now destroying the body.” Correct.
I am actually quite amazed through how many things my body has gone through, injured, poisoned, and everything, and still functioning better than most bodies damaged so much less and many decades younger. I am actually quite amazed at myself. Who is like me? Almost nobody. I don’t like most people’s bodies. Just dreadful.
Maybe I got a better start at life and was dealt a better hand at the beginning and this propelled me through surviving things and my mind still operating better than the vast majority of humanity despite of injuries. Most humans cannot survive what I have survived, they don’t have the proper physicality to do that. Quite amazed at what nature has given me but, for some reason, denied it to almost all others. They don’t have a fraction of what I have been given.

Not to mention non stop heightened emotions, which are very destructive for the body, for almost most of my life and still my body is better than most.
Why wonder why nature gave me so much physically and flat out denied it to most others. They are no where near to what I have been given, so much more inferior physically, it is scary.

Brain is made of organic matter . The deterioration of matter over time is a natural process
Every thing is devoured by time . Anything finite and limited is also limited by time .

Yes, there is a first generation practitioner of a martial art known as Jeet Kune Do, Dan Inosanto, who’s just as intelligent and fluid as K was here at around the same age. Perhaps, it is because choice-less awareness is at the cornerstone of the art and philosophy.
Also, the generation under him all articulate themselves very clearly, strive for simplification in exploration and have a passion for self inquiry.
Perhaps, such a brain, as mutated through choice-less awareness can evolve the brain as it is passed down through reproduction from generation to generation as well.

What may be a confusing discourse for you can be a discourse of great clarity and insight for the other. How do you define confusion as it is relative and completely depends on the listener and his lens of perception. Please do think about this. Also to add have you known yourself first.

What I get out of this is think of how mechanical your life is. You get a job when you are , let’s say 30. Every work day you get up at 7:30. Mechanically dress yourself. Drive the same way every day. Get to work and recite the usual greeting. Perform your job tasks the same way everyday. Go home and try to escape the stress and respond to your family problems. The trouble is this zombie state is challenged by brain deterioration(dementia, Alzheimer’s etc). So after 30 years of this you begin to lose the capacity to respond to your situation. You day might now oversleep a lot, your usual way of getting to work the freeway is closed, you have new supervisor that is hostile, new difficult job tasks. In other words you are stuck in a rut. I believe that happens when you get old and senile, your hard disc starts getting erased and there is no backup tape.

If the brain (mind) is free of time it cannot exist, for it creates time itself. And another thing if the body stays without moving or acting it can become very old. Well it might as well lay down in the coffin already whats the use of life if there is no movement? 😊

“I am not sure it can’t last forever.” Correct. Nobody knows for sure.
New discoveries are made in the most haphazard way.
Decades ago I watched a documentary, and if my senile memory does not fail me, it was about cheetahs. Scientists had a male cheetah in an enclosure for conservation purposes. One day the cheetah disappeared. After some investigating, the scientist discovered that there was a wild female cheetah in heat on the other side of the fence and the male cheetah in the enclosure made such an incredible leap to get out of the enclosure that shocked the field of cheetah science. Nobody knew before that a cheetah can jump like this. A new scientific discovery was made that defied reality.
Unfortunately, when the scientists tracked down the two cheetahs, they determined that the wild female cheetah was rabid because she was foaming at the mouth. They decided to put both of them down due to fears of rabies.
All this unnecessary loss of life due to lack of knowledge to build the fence higher. But at least a new discovery was made.

After listening Once again find another new abstract concept that he refers to as "free of time".
So true to his intrinsic nature.
He quit Theosophical Society saying that an individual does not need an organization to grow but allowed an organization to grow around him. His development was due to Annie Besant but later had her name removed from Rajghat Besant School .
His life drifted into the control of Pupul Jayakar who was a great personal friend of madam Priyadarshni Nehru Gandhi.
The jayakar family later snapped Sachin Tendulkar
