When I flew to France 🇫🇷 from Atlanta last year on December 26th, I flew business class with United Airlines with a stopover in Newark Airport and it felt good. The flight was 7 hours plus. I was able to get good service, good food and get good sleep on a flat bed for 2-3 hours.
If Im on a plane for over 4.5 hours going to Europe from North America or going to Asia, or Africa and South America all from North America and the airline has a flatbed then I book a business class seat!
When I flew back from France 🇫🇷 I flew Air France on business class back to Atlanta last year which was a 10 hour flight.
This Christmas I'm going to India flying business class via stopover in London for 7 hours before flying to India business class again!

Business class sure looks comfy, especially if you're of a larger build. I'm of a smaller build and frugal, so I could never justify spending the extra money on the upgrade. I do bring my own amenities (inflatable head & lumbar pillows, cushion, and footrest sling) to improve the Economy experience. I'd rather save the extra money and splurge after arriving in Thailand. Welcome back!

We all knew where you were going. 😂 Did you ever think about becoming Chocolate Man in a Van in Thailand? There are no westerners doing vanlife content in Southeast Asia. I was wanting to do part-time Vanlife here in Vietnam, but it's nearly impossible for foreigners in Vietnam to get the license that lets you drive cars over 7 seats. With the license I have could only drive a minivan in Vietnam. All vans are 9 seats and up on the registration. I have a car, but I almost bought a Toyota Previa (minivan). Still thinking about doing it.

FYI, the airport service with the golf cart pickup and VIP immigration lane can be purchased separately online without having to have an Elite Visa. Last time I did it was around 2014 and it was around $40 USD. Well worth it. 👍

Incheon airport. Oh no. When booking a flight from ORD to BKK on Korean Airlines, there was an option for a 50 minute layover between flights. What they don't tell you is you still need to go through both passport control AND another security screening before taking a very long walk to your gate for the Bangkok leg.
Yep always be careful with international connections 1.5 hours min layover is advised.
