To be fair there was a lot of production problems on Suicide Squad. David Ayer apparently only had 6 weeks to write the script before production started and WB ordered massive reshots just a few months before the film was scheduled to come out.
Okay, wait, wait... are they actually getting the voice actors for the base characters back to deliver ORIGINAL, FITTING LINES?? Or are they just getting better at fitting preexisting lines into interactions with the new characters? Because her interactions with Harley, Batman, Superman and Atrocitus sure SEEMED more fitting and original than the other DLC interactions, at least to me. Edit: Okay, getting to Deadshot and Blue Beetle, it's obvious that they're just fitting old quotes in. But they're definitely getting a little better at that.
