- Dear friends
Since the viewership for Bangkok and KK was so back, I’ve returned to feature food in Peninsula Malaysia again. Hopefully, my loyal audience would return and support me like they’ve supported me before. In the meantime, please go out and support our local street food. Thanks, and see you in the next

Thanks for the encouragement Hong
Yes, yes more Puchong videos, pls. Tq😊
A big plus for providing the history and old photos of the place, making it relatable, esp for us who check out the video because we live there. Learnt something new about the place via your video.
Thanks for the confidence Jack
I am always thrilled to see your new video. I have lived in US for 30 years and missed the Malaysian hawker food so much. Thanks for all the videos you made!
Thanks for the encouragement Dr.
Ok thanks

Blessed Chinese New Year! Usually I would go to Puchong only if I have something special like events and hiking at Wawasan. Worth stopping by for the best
Have a great year mate

Thanks Christopher u too have a great 2023
新年快乐!!
恭喜發財John
I feel hungry watching your video 🤣.
There are many highlights in this Puchong episode but the one that caught my attention is the dish that Elmo ( and probably Danny too ) wanted to order but is not available. It is the ‘Ngap Toay Meen’ ( Duck thigh noodle). The same type of noodle served at Hoong Tho Ipoh was once my favorite! Not forgetting the roast duck , both type of Chee Cheong Fun ( Kampar and Telok Anson ) makes this a memorable episode covering Puchong. I cannot agree more that the Kayu Nasi Kandar is priced above the normal and their service is very poor too. Again - thank you Elmo ( and also to Danny ) for making this Puchong episode available and covers good variety of food stalls. Yatt Lau ! Mou Tak Deng ! 👍🏽👌🏽
Thanks again choong for ur compliment, on behave of danny, we r obliged with ur generosity
The effort put in to make all these episodes is appreciated. And they are all made with good intentions to help both the audiences and also the food industry. That is good enough 👍🏽
Thanks for the encouragement Choong
Wow, thank you for sharing the history!
Thanks for the informative video. Yes Puchong is too large for just one such video only. You need to do a Part 2, Looking forward to it!
Thanks for following Kenneth
Couldn't agree more! Uncle Lee, looking forward to Part 2 and even Part 3!
Good food👍👍👍👍
There are so many choices found in puchong . Thanks Elmo for recommending them .
Thanks cheah
MR LEE Happy New Year 2023......!!!
Happy new year wong
Thanks for video, Elmo. Recently we have tried the best & authentic penang laksa & har mee at Puchong Utama Maju Jaya Food Court. The portion is big & soup is so nice. Maybe you can consider to put them into your upcoming sequel video.
Noted with thanks Andy
Here's Phang, your old LB mate. Wishing you and Danny Loke a Happy & Prosperous Chinese New Year. Hope to see more of your food adventures. I never miss any of them. Take care both of you. How time flies! A blink of our eyelids, we are now old men. Gong Xi Fa Cai.
Thanks Phang, Happy CNY r u still in driving school
Your memory is super sharp. No more in driving school. Retired. I really admire you. Very creative, never will feel bore watching your videos. Take care. Convey my regards to Danny Loke. Gong Xi Fa Cai again.
Thanks Phang Stay safe
Hi Phang, GHFC 🧧🍊 still go to the library?
Really enjoyed your video Brother Elmo, even tho I can't eat most of the food but I really like your video format. From a fellow KL Boy.
Thanks for compliment mate
Choices , choices , choices ! Malaysians have such an amazing range of local cuisine to choose from 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Thanks for following my channel Harry
Happy Chinese New Year!!!
Happy 2023
you should come over to Pusat Bandar Puchong - two very good restaurants to be reviewed
Thanks for the tip
Elmo, something wrong with your voice again. Another great history lesson on Puchong. I think Puchong has extremely large number of food courts. We definitely need some food guide in Puchong. I think prices of food in Puchong is much higher than PJ and KL.
Thanks Kayel, u r very attentive, FYI, I haven't fully recovered from the covid I contacted 2 over months ago
@@malaysiafood328 Wish you speedy recovery. My covid lasted a month on coughing.
Dear Elmo, Thanks for the informative video, definitely will try the recommend food. Btw pls bring back the snapshot of all the names and location which was done previously in your older video. Much easier using that to add to my personal listing in goggle map
Thanks Kenneth duly noted
Gong hei fatt choy. Interesting fact about puchong. Thanks for the research.

恭喜发财 yap
Would be good if you can include google/waze links. 👌
Sorry maybe in future mate
some of the locations in the Google link is wrong
Sorry mate
Please do second part of Puchong. I love Puchong. I will settle there when I retire. I am currently in NYC. I am your fancy. I catch your show every week.
Thanks for your support mate
Settle in Puchong? Better not, notorious for jams and flood. Elmo did mention the jam in this video. I really hate going to Puchong during peak hours. Well known to have thunderstorms, previously a tin mining area.
But please come for the food
For retirees, Puchong is a great place to settle down (With loads of choices, you can opt for everything you need without having to travel far or out of Puchong area) but not for outsiders who travel in/out Puchong because of the traffic jam condition. It's just my point of view since I moved in Puchong from KL 10yrs ago. I can say traffic jam condition is still better than Cheras. There is a lot of access road to avoid traffic jams, which is quite convenient to moving around Puchong.
Well said Irene
928的咖喱黄你错过了😁😁还有268下午3.30的烧肉才是最好吃的😁😁
謝謝你下集吧
Noticed that address of thee food outlets are not given at the end of the video
Sorry lee but I did give the google link for those outlets
Mr elmo lee, where is the location of puchong yong tau fu shop please
They were just opened a week when I featured therefore they weren't listed in Google yet but they r located at the same road where kok seong kopitiam is. That road isn't long, bet u can spot them immediately
可以提供Yong tau fu 和 安顺猪肠粉的地址和营业时间吗,谢谢
猪肠粉有在后面的google link, 不过酿豆腐就没有
Yong Tau Fo so so only
Taste is subjective
年 ya 九 就年 ya 九, 無話 年 “初” ya 九
係啦你啱
I would like to suggest to you Elmo, why you don't compile a Malaysia good food and publish a book?
Thanks good suggestion mate
鸭肉面和排骨面不好吃 而且有点贵
Im here from sg for 7days to eat through kl, n try your recommendations
But there's so much food here !
Food is really better compared to sg...
Tak ur time
It is an open secret, most Malaysian food is better than Singaporean food. How come you just found out?
7 days is too short, stay longer.
All very nice food 👍 but would appreciate that you put the name of the restaurant and address after every dish that you recommend for people who are not familiar with Puchong.
Thanks Anne but I hv the google link of the addresses in the end
nowadays RM5 can't buy anything
Very sad indeed our money is so small now
Foo Hing way over rated some more w time limit
Ya lah they used to be reliable
Most of recommendation are jokes . If u tried the food u know
wan hou..so so...boleh tahan je
You r the joke
This is uncalled for. I live around this area and do appreciate the recommendations as I have patronized some myself. No need for crude remarks.
Well said Kenneth
It is always a subjective matter; the goal is to find a TH-camr that suit your taste. I am fine with Elmo recommendation, 80% of it.
