yes... all parts of engine bonnet/hood in the same position.
maybe it is necessary, that you must cut the rubber, where the piston lay on.
i know that many user build this version an no one has your problem.

but the tailgate closes homogeneously in all its parts? because I tried to install the pistons, but the right side high (close to the glass) is not aligned with the car.

Kleiner Tipp von mir: Das Zinkspray alleine bringt nicht viel. Das ist nix andres wie ne Grundierung, insofern Decklack noch drüber ;) Sonst saubere Anleitung :)

Ich habe auch gerade in meinem Sportage solche Haubenlifter montiert. Jedoch habe ich diese:Gasfedern 350 N Fiat 500 Abarth 500/595 Bj. 07-> verwendet. Passende Kugelköpfe noch dazu und fertig. Diese Gasfedern kosten nur 9€ das Paar.

Es gibt einige, die annähernd passen. Aber für 9 Euro das Paar? Ich möchte nicht wissen, was das für eine Qualität ist - des Weiteren sind da mit Sicherheit noch keine Versandkosten drauf. Problem ist aber auch, die passenden Kugelzapfen zu bekommen. 8mm in der Länge sind leider kein "Standard".

Hi Francesco. The pistons are sold out :-(
But I am in contact with the manufactor. i hope in one week there is a special "sportage piston" for sold. than i give you a feedback.

not now - there are some solutions from korea and china, but theses versions are not really "heavy duty". so i will develope a solution in first quarter of 2018
