Older tv can not access other apps.. Only the pre stored apps. Best to buy a new tv

I followed your steps and was able to reset the smart hub. But when I go back, I only have "WebBrowser" and no option to add more apps. I don't have the three options on the bottom stating "Most popular", "what's New", and Categories." I updated the software to version 1007. I have a Samsung 6 Series 55. Any suggestions?
