I realize why it called the Legend of Zelda. Because she is Goddness Hylia's reincarnation. After Skyward Sword, Zelda becomed the first princess of Hyrule marrying Link and they have Daphnes that he will be King of Hyrule

Can’t believe you did the whole series on the standard 3ds. The loading times must have been egregious.

Must do with what I have! You can see the loading times in the videos. They weren't that bad.
The worst I got is some display corruption, probably due to memory overflow, on a few late game missions. The bottom screen was glitching a lot, in one case even shut down, and the graphics as a whole were just falling apart. For most of my time with the game though, it was only the bottom screen's UI that reset sometimes during missions.

Is it just me or the game is lagging quite a lot?

The game is quite resource-intensive for a 3DS game, so the old versions of 3DS like I have struggle a bit. The game plays smoother on a New 3DS.

Yeah, I've heard about it. But it's the only playthrough 100% I've found.

I'm getting tired of the Valley of the Seers level. I manage to get past one hard thing only for ANOTHER hard thing to happen. I managed to get all the way to the boss, but was it the easy fight I had hoped for. NO! I can get to the point the stulks go out, but at the same time some invisible force (and enemies) are attacking the allied base. This is impossible to stop. I'm close to giving up on the game as a whole unless someone can tell me how to get this over and done with. It's driving me CRAZY.

Well, that scenario is the first real skill check and a really long fight overall, so I guess it's normal for a newcomer to get stuck there.
I'll give you some basic pointers here, and if you want further details and tips for that particular mission after that, I encourage you to watch the related video in my playlist for the game. There's a link for that in the description if you need it.
      So, for the tips:
      1) Come with a strategy
The game seems like a no-brainer mashing button type of game (and it kinda is), but you won't get far if you don't think ahead. Ultimately, you want to be always ready for whatever happens next. One good habit to have is to disperse your playable characters throughout the field to cover as most ground as possible; that way you can react faster to whatever's going on. It's okay to lose the first few times when you encounter new battle twists. Just make sure to come back with a plan of action. You can also pause the game to think it out without any time penalty. As you get better with the game, you'll be able to think strategies on the fly.
      2) Establish priorities
Another reaaallly important thing is to discern what is a pressing matter and what is not. Most often than not, it makes the difference between winning and losing. This game in particular loves to throw multiple things at you at once, so being able to prioritize things as quickly as possible (and come with a counterattack plan) is one of the best skill you can develop (it also applies IRL too! :P) As a rule of thumb, anything attacking your base and/or your commander takes first priority (as they're usually the defeat conditions). Second priority is usually for things that have an effect on the whole battlefield, or that will have a big, negative effect if you let it wait for too long. Those are mostly learned from experience, so it's ok if you don't work that out instantly.
      3) Be efficient
It's all good to cover ground and know what to attack first, but that won't help you much if you can't be efficient about it. I'm not really talking about doing the best combos for the situation or having the best skills for the weapon equipped, although it does make a difference and can help in very tight scenarios. I'm really talking here about multi-tasking. Why do you manually run to that location when you could be mowing the enemy's army elsewhere, with another character, while the AI gets where you want it to be? Why are you manually hopping from one stalk to the next with one character, when you can direct each character to a stalk, and swap between them? Use and abuse the Command screen. It's your best ally. Just don't expect the AI to fight in your absence though. They won't.
I hope these few tips will help you get you past the Prologue and into the actual game! Things will only get harder afterwards but if you always apply those 3 tips, you should at least be able to make it through the whole campaign. Two other random tips to help you save time: you can break into a run instantly by holding the dodge button after a roll (no need to hold it afterwards), and you don't need to collect the items on the ground. They will get added to your total at the end. Don't despair and I hope you have fun with the game!

@@SquishGaming Are you sure that in the end of the battles the materials and weapons dropped are collected automatically?

    • @SquishGaming
      @SquishGaming  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      100% sure.
If you still feel unsure, test it out for yourself. Deliberately don't pick a gold material or something, and you'll see it'll be on the reward screen at the end anyway.

@@SquishGaming Thanks for the info. I think i lost so much time just collecting the materials.
By the way, the tips you give are very helpful.
I'm i very perferctionist guy, so i try to end every stage with all the keeps and posts captured. So to people like me, learn to maximize you time. When you know that the battle will only proceed if you take 1 especific keep, dont go
immediately. Let the AI battle there and go do you things. Then you se they are dying go restore they
      health, then repeat.

No problem. We all did that in the beginning ;)
I don't think you'll be able to do every mission in the game with a fully conquered map each time, but good luck on that still.
