For heatless curls always use the silk kits or something silk, leggings etc can cause damage to ur hair just as not sleeping on a silk pillow casee can from the friction

Your distaste for chords is the same as mine! My husband has no problem with them showing EVERYWHERE. It drives me crazy! Also, totally love your approach to this vlog. I, too, need to stop thinking I need something spectacular to vlog about and just pick up my camera, regardless.

for mosquito bites, i know its hard, but dont scratch them cause once you do...its all over from there. they eat me alive too and they really only come out later in evening or dark cause its too hot for them otherwise so just fyi

Hi Conagh! Just wanted to pass on that the links to soy and hormonal effects are still being studied, so there isn’t current scientific consensus around this claim. One big thing is that the results of the studies conducted are affected by the type of soy product being studied and other variables. Wanted to share as soy is high in calcium and has other health benefits, which can be beneficial to many. Like anything else, if people do have health concerns, best to see your GP.

You don't need an electrician to hide the cord; you can get things that stick onto the wall, the cord hides inside. You cut it to size then just paint it the same colour as the wall!

Conagh it amazes me how much I have in common with you sometimes, its uncanny. I'm also due for my period, I have also been redoing my bedroom AND I have also started cutting back on drinking anything but water too! :D coincidence!!
Next time the curls are too tight you can always run a straightener on your ends to loosen them! Clearly defeats the purpose of being heatless lol but it would have helped!😇

Whenever I have curls too tight I wet my hands and then run my hands through my hair
It’s entirely safe to consume soy a few times a week, a quick google search will debunk a lot of myths about soy!
I know someone has probably already asked you this, but why are there gates in front of all your windows?
It’s pretty common in Australia. It just holds the fly screen there and in place. :)
They’re also safety screens so someone couldn’t just cut through the fly screen and get inside when the windows are open :)

super cheap way to hide the wire-run some painters tape over it and then paint the tape the same color as the wall!!
