    Sorry people can be cruel lovely! 🥰But please please please look up the qualifications for a chiropractor vs physiotherapist, likewise with functional nutritionist vs registered dietician. Both physios and dieticians are registered professions under the Australian health practitioner regulation agency, and have a basis of evidence based practices. Completely understandable if you choose the go down a more alternative pathway when receiving medical treatment, but just want to make sure you know what you're getting into. As a healthcare worker, I will always pick a dietitian/physio over a nutritionist/chiro (Specifially nutritionist, as to call yourself one, you don't require any formal qualifications)💖

    I absolutely love your what I eat in a day/ week videos. They give me ideas of different food and ways to try. I’m allergic to a lot of food like gluten, soy, and nuts. I know I can’t exactly eat like you but from watching I’ve tried making the salad you make in the videos. It’s always nice to find which foods hurt your gut because not everyone can eat the same food.

    I love watching the way people heal their gut issues and health. Even if they aren’t “trained” practitioners. It’s nice learning what people do who suffer from things you can relate to. And not everyone can afford to see health professionals to get all the tests done plus continue to see them. So if you can learn what others have done on their journey it’s great. Just understanding what works for someone else might not work for you. And take everything with a grain of salt. Keep doing you girl. People will comment regardless ❤❤

    Love your channel❤ just want to know I’m proud of your progress and just wanted to let you know that, from my personal POV, having been someone that’s struggled with my relationship with good and fitness in the past, I don’t personally believe you’ve done anything wrong. You are almost always very careful about what you put out there regarding food and fitness and at some point, people are just as responsible for their own content intake and you are doing your part to the best of your ability, even to go as far as to provide explanations that you really don’t owe to anyone, but it id appreciated. I feel like too many people only put responsibility on content creators and not enough, or sometimes not at all, on those who are healing. Healing requires the effort on the part of the person who is going through it or it isnt healing, it’s people tiptoeing around you. The one thing I learned and it was the harder to learn was there is a difference in me saying “I am going to do it this way bc I know this is what’s best and I am strong and beauty and healthy when I do it this way.” Vs my family and friends having to completely avoid their favorite foods to accommodate me. There’s a balance that has to be achieved.
    In short, you are doing your best and that’s all anyone can ask of you. We love you and you’re wonderful ❤ best of luck on your mission to heal your gut. Gut health is far more important than people realize. Health is such an intricate thing that balances so many parts of the body and what it consumes and how it strengthens and operates on the daily.

    would LOVE to see your 1/2 marathon journey!!! I'm running the gc 1/2 this year, I did it last year but from a very rookie perspective so I'm super excited to be taking a much more informed approach this time round. I'm not the fastest/most experienced runner but the atmosphere of the half marathon was insane - hopefully see you there in July xxx

    Heal your gut girl and ignore everyone!! I was soooo sick for years because of my gut, and at one point I had to cut almost every food out to do the RPAH elimination diet because I was getting sick from everything I ate. It’s a rough journey, because the gut like they say, truly is your second brain.
    You don’t have an eating disorder. You have always maintained a healthy balanced life, so please don’t get too flat on what people were saying. I’m all for healing the gut and doing everything u can!!

    There are always judgemental people out there, no one person is the same life is not a one size fits all.
    You know your own body and what works for you.
    I know it's hard to block out hurtful comments sometimes but please just be kind to yourself and do what makes you happy it's your life and you deserve to live it and eat the way you want to your own way.

    Hey Conagh! If you have any tips for running a few days a week while still lifting heavy on other days, I'd love to hear them! I'm trying to improve my running (mainly distance) but find I get so sore the next few days and it puts me in a terrible spot for my next leg day at the gym. Much love from 🇨🇦

    My husband and I have both IBS, and we follow fodmap something. And have to cut out a lot of foods. So it's not bad to do so. People don't have your stomach or your mind. ❤❤ be strong gril 💪🏼

    I recommend going to an osteopath over a chiropractor if you want to. Osteopaths tend to manipulate and correct through different movements that can have relations to your gut and organs etc and chiropractors seem to focus on the short term affects of relieving pain. This is my opinion tho but it’s good to research. Proper Naturopaths can also focus on pressure points and relieve the tension in them, they have real gift with knowing whats wrong, it’s a good holistic approach that they’re born with, and tend to pin point problems that some doctors can’t.

    You have just got to do what’s best for you and if you’ve got problems with your gut it needs sorting . In my opinion there not qualified they are just jealous, you do not have a eating disorder in my eyes your just trying to look after yourself which is what I try to do, just ignore them it’s a small minority of idiots.     I can’t believe how entitled people can be! They know nothing about your journey or what works for you and usually it comes from a place of hurt or insecurity.     That is a real shame about having those comments in the recent videos, but those are the minority. I have some guy issues atm and it’s so nice seeing others having the same experience with trial and error. Just go with what ever you want to film and know you are relating to some people, if people are feeling triggered then they shouldn’t watch those videos that has nothing to do with you and it isn’t your responsibility for how others feel based on the content they consume. There is much worse content out there! Do what ever you feel fit and let others worry about if they want to consume that content or not! Personally I find it helpful and really enjoy those videos ❤

    just to comment about your eating video.. I personally didn't think there was anything wrong with it and I don't have the best relationship with food and/or exercise because my mental health isn't doing well very well atm. But I, in no way, saw that video as "attacking" or anything like that. If anything, I found watching you cooking and making stuff as very therapeutic. It was very calming just watching that. I don't think anyone can comment on what someone else decides to eat or what they decide to put in their own body. Everyone is going to do things differently for numerous amount of reasons (which some they decide to share online and some they don't) which is completely okay! I don't think you can diagnose someone with an eating disorder just because of how they eat.. that is so hurtful and I'm so sorry that was your experience. I think you're beautiful inside and out and even with videos that may hit a nerve for me personally, I know when it does hit a nerve for me, it is never anything to do with you and it's everything to do with myself. So, don't censor yourself to appeal to the "masses" because they're not the masses. Anyone who has been watching you for awhile (like myself) knows your intentions, knows your thoughts around mental health and what your overall lifestyle is like (from what we see anyway). Your videos are just an extension of that and I would never want you to feel like you have to hide aspects of your life because of what people may say about them. I hope you're okay and don't believe what people say! Just do you; that's why I am watching, to see the real, authentic you and I admire your honesty, transparency and realness.

    Going gluten free changed my life, I dont have celiac disease, but gluten and dairy do not suit me, I still have them if I eat out or go on holiday, but definitely my whole body feels different if I eat them too many days in a row, please share recipes even if you dont talk about why you eat that way, im sure many wont even realise that you are not eating gluten as it doesnt mean not eating carbs, lot of love xx❤

    This got me so upset - I am an eating disorder survivor and I can say with confidence that your video did NOT trigger me at all. I actually thought it was one of the most well-phrased ones. Also being a person that had gut issues for the longest time herself, I know how upsetting it can be and I think it is important to talk about stuff like that. Please don't be upset, you'll find your right track. Either way, sharing or not 💛

      Maybe we shouldn’t decide what a comment means when we haven’t seen the comment unless you were one of the commenters. And whether it was meant a certain way or not, intent and perception are two very important and equivalent parts in communication especially nonverbally.
      But regardless, being that I myself have struggled with food in the past, I don’t believes she’s really done anything. She is almost always very careful about what she puts out there regarding food and fitness and at some point, people are just as responsible for their own content intake as she is doing her part to the best of her ability, even to go as far as to provide explanations that she really doesn’t owe to anyone.
