Hello, do you still have a job in addition to your training sessions, or have you dropped everything to fully commit to climbing? Personally, what I find the hardest in my training schedule is balancing the sessions alongside my job and my engineering school. It's really tough to schedule the sessions in a way that allows me to perform well at school, and to manage school in a way that lets me perform well in climbing haha.
I work a little at a rock gym as well as doing all the youtube stuff but for the most part i’ve committed to the climbing! Haha yeah im sure that is tough, balancing everything is the hardest part for me as well! Have you seen Emil Abrahamsson’s video on the training sessions he does? He squeezes a lot into a little amount of time, it might be helpful!
if you ever go to a climbing centre with a bigger kilter board i would reccomend trying the tchread# climbs ive done 29/30 but it would be interesting to see what you get

they are very nicely set but the grades are not particulary accurate
