I'm not convinced about drilling screws straight into the panels, especially the wheel arch. The screw pops through the other side surely, so won't that be a guaranteed place to start seeing rust?
Straight down through the floor, where anything could be underneath, like wiring loom or hoses for fuel or brakes. Those wheel arch cover screws are pointing at the inside rear tyre walls, ready to pop them when least expected. That is why they are usually just bonded.
This is how ply lining is fitted into all Renault Trafic, there are no cables hoses or anything under the floor pan, all electrical cabling is run inside the roof line and down the end pillars, wheel arches there are two screws on the side and two on the top, wheel clearance inside the arch is about 5 inches all around, Renault Trafic has 12 year warranty for corrosion and Rust, mk3 new shape, the self-tapping screws only come through about 5mmm, go to your local Renault Vauxhall dealer have a look,
Whatever drugs your taking you need to ease off them pal, are you serious! Put the floor in wrong and rough as guts and as for stamping on the board to get it flat WHAT A PRO LOL. How about dont fix the right hand floor board lay them both in together with no gap so the seam is exactly in the middle of the pressed floor van base then start fixing. side panel then sit down on the floor boards and seal. Wheel arch boxes don't fit properly with gaps everywhere screwed though the wheel arch rough as guts. Screws too long jesus they will leave scratch marks in the road they are that long Dog shit install Give up your shite
