+JAY O It's ironic because I feel there's absolutely nothing down there. "money pit" refers to notion that people will spend all their money on excavating thus it's just a money sink, aka money pit.
Besides im under the impression it was just a purified water well that -struch- struck a natural gas leak. That would explain the large layer of charcoal in the well. commonly used to purify water. It being closed off with layers and layers of sediment and logs was probably to keep the natural gas from coming back up. but that's just a theory. an oak island theory.
Apparently there is a curse and one more person must die on oak island for the treasure to reveal its self. I say one of those TV treasure hunters sacrifice themselves so there is some actually entertaining content on that show. Ps I appreciate the film/ game theory reference.

Magical Fungi you arent sure if science will ever find out the answers to everything. Nor is anyone sure that science wont be able to find the answer to everything. But personally, science wont be able to have the answer to everything
Itachi Uchiha realistically no, human science will likely never understand or explain everything that exists and why, but that is only because of physical limitations to experimentation and our brain's ability to comprehend.
I am sure however, that everything is explainable by science of some form, that nothing is just plain undefinable or magic. As magic is just technology we don't understand. Electricity was magic for all of (known) mankind until the industrial age, now it is a fundamental part of our modern lives.
All of the universe is made of math at its most basic form, and all math is calculable no matter the staggering numbers.
if god exists, it is a mathematician.

As a man who follows the truth in science, I would like to see Every Mystery solved. But as a human individual, I would like to have none of them solved, to make life interesting.

The pyramid anomalies come from the internal spiral ramp used to build it. It was probably filled with rubble once the pyramid was finished but might still have voids.

I have seen several stone disks like in the video, all naturally carved in river vortex flash floods (normal flows unable to carve the big ones). Some were in "intermittent" streams, with flash flood prone watersheds.

At 3:54, it appears as if there's a humanoid of some sort on the left side of the screen.
Those disc shaped stones are called Kettle bottoms in the area of Kentucky I used to live in. They are Very common there. they can range from disc shaped, to spheres, to anything between....a few even look like well defined cylinders. In Knott county Kentucky I saw one fellow that has six or seven perfect(ish)disc shaped stones set up in his yard as decorations.
They are a major hazard in coal mines where they can be concealed by a very thin layer of rock and fall out of the roof without warning when that stone gives way....My cousin who was working in a mine Virginia was paralyzed by one when it shifted and pinned him to the floor of the mine.
All this time, I didn't know Mike lives in NYC..
I hope I walk into him one day
