    That’s looks really easy! I think I’ll try to make this with reconstituted dried goats milk. Thanks!

    I hang my muslin bag off a nail on my larder shelf with a bowl under it to make cottage cheese. I let it drip a couple of days before I mix in some salt.

    These DIY - "how to" cooking videos are superb ! And your work-arounds, like the cling film compression, are great tips...thank you 👍

    Ana. Thanks for this video, I knew you could make Paneer yourself, but I didn't realise it was that easy. Our local Indian takeaway offers a range of Paneer curries, which are really good. I think I'll have a try at making Paneer after this 🙂

    So cottage cheese, cream cheese, paneer all made the same way just the last step depends on which you'll get, its great!

      Yes and mozzarella also, though required an extra temperature step to get the consistency! It is exactly why I have started the series, things are simpler than many make out 😊

      Most cheese is made in a very similar way, it's just the final stages which decide how the cheese will develop

      That’s a good idea as then you can use it for something or it’s wasted x

    So is like string cheese? Do you have to cook it? Or can slice and put it on a cracker?

    • @AnasFoodLifestyle
      @AnasFoodLifestyle  22 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      You can just eat it but to benefit from texture it’s better cooked 😊
