Ana. Thanks for this video, I knew you could make Paneer yourself, but I didn't realise it was that easy. Our local Indian takeaway offers a range of Paneer curries, which are really good. I think I'll have a try at making Paneer after this 🙂
Yes and mozzarella also, though required an extra temperature step to get the consistency! It is exactly why I have started the series, things are simpler than many make out 😊

Most cheese is made in a very similar way, it's just the final stages which decide how the cheese will develop
If you used ewe milk it would basically be halloumi

That’s a good idea as then you can use it for something or it’s wasted x

You can just eat it but to benefit from texture it’s better cooked 😊
