Sometimes, but you can take a pair of pliers and move the wire some to straighten it up. The most important thing is to make sure it’s lined up before you put the r bend in. Thanks for watching!!
I have, but I lost a couple of blades. So I started making a lock bend. If you look close when I show the final spinnerbait you might be able to see it. I can do a video on if you want.
High quality content
Thanks
Very informative video! I'm curious, do you ever have issues doing it that way where the bent wire isn't totally lined up with the head/hook?

Very nice info for your community. Even if you don't make lures you might be able to fix one that got bent out of shape.
For sure! Thanks For Watching!!
I'm buying one now lol...are u using a poison tail mold for your heads?
I think you will like it. I use the poison tail jig mold in 3/4 and 1 ounce. I’ve been thinking about modifying the 1/2 too.
@@eFishin yeah I modified mine also...how come u don't use the wire bender to make the loop for the top blade?

Also I thought the loop was a little to big for my taste.
@@eFishin yeah that would be great
How do I get the bender? do you have a link to get one?
Thanks for Watching!! I got mine from Barlow's Tackle barlowstackle.com/Table-Top-Wire-Bender-P1043/
Where do you find wire?
Look for stainless steel wire coils. I have found it at Barlows or Lure Parts Online. They have the Little Blue Bender too. Thanks for watching!!
