In macOS, you would go to Audio Midi Setup. Window > Show MIDI Studio. Double-click IAC Driver and make sure it is online. Unfortunately, in Wwise it will just show up as "Bus 1". So in the IAC Driver options, I added a couple more ports until it went up to Bus 3. None of the other MIDI options went up to Bus 3 so that made it easier to make sure I had the right one selected. You also have to make sure this MIDI is enabled in Reaper. Preferences > MIDI Devices > MIDI outputs to make available
