    중3 시청자입니다
    정확히 2주동안하고 하루 5번씩 매일 하고 돌아오겠습니다
    현재: 63kg, 똥배
    2주뒤: 발목 부상때문에 2주에서 더 걸렸지만 눈에 띌 정도로 전신의 지방이 빠지고 현재 61kg 입니다.
    덕분에 콤플렉스였던 엉덩이 군살도 뺐네요. 꾸준히 지속하여 더 좋은 몸을 가꾸겠습니다^^

    와 진짜 저 맨날 유튜브로 살빼는 영상 다 찾아서 해봤는데 이것만큼 땀 많이 흘리고 힘든 거 없었어요 ㅠㅠ 진짜 이 운동 최고인 거 같아요 !! 하루마다 두 번씩 꼭 할게요 !! 감사합니다

    동영상 보면서 따라하는중입니다. 결혼하고나서 운동량이 너무 줄고 저녁에 아이 돌보면 운동할 시간이 없었는데.. 효과적으로 운동할 수 있는 좋은 방법인것 같아 최근 따라하고 있습니다. 감사해요~^^

    오늘 처음해봤어요 힘든데 너무 재밌어요
    타바타만으로 1시간 30분 운동했네요 이게 제일 마지막거라서 다리 엄청 후들거리고 속이 토할것처럼 안좋아졌어요ㅠㅠ 와... 2세트하니까 숨쉬기 힘들만큼 괴롭ㅠㅠ 좋은 영상 감사해요~

    It's a total stunt to be performed under supervision and not for children! ! 😂😂
    & the only exercise i found suitable is short pitch 😎😎😎😎

    이거 두번하고 유산소 한번에 끝내기 2번해서 총 하루에 4번 했어요. 물은 1리터 이상 마셨고요 식단조절은 거의 안했어요.

    180 deg squats were done in very fast manner... I did it with them,but not with fast pace. I was able to complete this workout along with them

    한 가지 집고 나갈께요.
    검은 모자 동작 보면 어디 영국 아님 북한 표준에 가까운 동작이 보이는거 같아요.
    즉 교육이 그 쪽이랑 가깝다는 견해.
    아마도 열병식 같은거 봐서 이렇게 생각들어요.
