Came a long way looks amazing I watched and rewatched all your videos on this 64 build I have been able to use so much of the information on my own restoration Im working on a 64 Belair 2 door post car and is nice to have these videos to fall back on Thankyou for doing this I cant imagine the commitment on your part . Whats Next ??
Thanks bro! It has been a ton of work juggling 3 jobs, at least that's what it feels like. Good news is I retired from my 9-5 job, so now I will be able focus more on building cars and making videos! 😀
Taking them out is simple, razor knife and cut the old rubber then push them out. Putting them in is a little more difficult but if you use the rope method that a few other youtubers have shared on here, they slide right in. Takes about 30 minutes to remove and about an hour to install.
Were you able to drive it? I keep getting a tcc code from the transmission and its like the car is stuck in 3rd gear. Its the only thing keeping me from driving the car... and ive done everything i can think of
@bpbrestorations2093 the computer has been flashed. It's the stock wiring harness and ecu.. so im not sure. The wiring harness was depinned and all that to run just essentials. I'm not entirely sure what all the guy messed with in the ecu when I sent it to him, and I dont have hptuners or anything. Maybe he jusg forgot to turn something off?
@bpbrestorations2093 is there any way I could get a wiring diagram from the harness your buddy put together? Just so I can see if maybe I didn't miss something myself?
That is a beautiful 64. Keep up the good work.
Thanks buddy
Great work definitely thinking of going with same motor for my 64 Biscayne
I’m doing this to my 64 biscayne
Beautiful car! great work, thanks for the update. I'm loving it.

Thanks!
Looks awesome .you have a video of what parts you use motor mounts .and lines for ps pump etc thank you
Not sure about what all we videod it has been a minute. I know most parts came from brphotrods.com
Intake came from Amazon
Great job.
One more question did you take out the driver and passenger windows to polish the chrome or did yo replace all of them including the glass
Replaced them all
what transmission and motor mounts did you use? And did you have to do any modifications when putting the motor mounts in?
How hard was taking out and putting in the wind shields

What brackets did you need to get, and what intake ?
Intake is 92 mm off Amazon, and the only brackets I remember are throttle linkage bracket to hook pedal to intake.

Yes, no issues like that. Did you have the computer flashed and all Bs removed?

@@TheTryHardTuesday yes sounds like it to me

Sweet build. Regarding your swap issue and 3rd gear. Ensure brake switch is powered. I just completed a harness rework and swap in a 64.
Do you have a new video with new intake on
I don't think so, however on our Facebook page we do have pics of the completed build. Buckner Paint & Body
Nice... wish you would of filmed everything
Hopefully from here on out we will be. I retire tonight from my full time so I can give this more time
Nice Rebuild are you guys in IL
Indiana
Great work. What headers did you run exactly?
Thanks bro! And they are from Brphotrods.com
Stock booster?
Looks like it fit good?
Yes, however it is very tight. Rear plug wire just barely rubs it.
Great job!
Thanks bud!
