I'm half Puerto Rican and I've always wanted to make Tembleque but was intimidated. Well, my daughter and her boyfriend live together five minutes from me and so I had to split our Christmas, so some time with me, some time with his family. So, we had our meal Christmas Eve and the Tembleque hadn't set yet. So, I brought it to go with breakfast and OMG, this was so rich, so delicious. My daughter said it tasted like something you get in a restaurant. I sprinkled it with cinnamon and put a little coconut on top and surrounded the bottom with coconut. Muy rico. This will be my go to recipe from now on and I'll make this every year. Gracias.

Thank you. Gracias mil.
