* 1 can full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk
* 1/4 cup cornstarch
* 1/3 - 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/2 tsp vanilla
* 1/4 tsp salt
* cinnamon

You can refer to the ounces in a typical can of coconut milk and translate that amount to your own.

Hola! Puedes usar Coco Lopez en vez de leche de coco! Y a tal vez un chin de azúcar al gusto también. Pero, si usas las dos leches, vas a tener q añadirle mas maicena a la mezcla.

Not in tembleque. That’s usually added in budín or arroz con dulce.
