Especially when people review bomb the product. While one can argue that negative reviews could be removed, the backlash from someone proving such cases would be extremely detrimental to the product... Many of the supposed upgrades could improve sales... but by 100s of million, nah. BTW many of these features are already implemented on other online platforms like Amazon...
