Can you please make a test video of the product to show the noise it generates at every rpm and the cooling it provides for every rpm? Im looking to buy it only to use it at minimal rpm speeds because i cant stand noise.

Yeah you're not supposed to run it at max fan speed, the cooler runs optimal & quiet at 1100rpm
