    Cool, I might try some of these out. Traditionally, I am basically a master mason when it comes to stonewalling people. Like, family. While it works perfect for me, maybe there’s an alternative somewhere.

    Hmm yeah, i stonewall and spiral into self hatred whenever i receive criticism, theres no resolution or making positive change when i can't let go of the criticism 😮
