@@waynedexter people’s understanding of talent is a social construct. The thoughts and emotions surrounding ability are engrained in us as children. That’s why there’s so much nationalism in the world. Countries with overlapping styles of conditioning (like the us and the uk) particularly pride one another’s strengths, but we are all partially blind to the genius right outside our comprehension. Some eastern music is absolutely MIND BLOWING and most westerners would call it terrible, because it’s outside our comprehension. In my experience, it’s easier to break away from our perspective than one might imagine with baby steps and patience. I hope this didn’t come across judgmental. I just wanted to share something that changed my life. Good luck m8 ❤️
@@obrey__ I think you misunderstood where I was coming from. The initial comment said Gondwana knows where all the young talented people live. I was begging to differ with this statement because 90 percent of Gondwana’s artists are from The UK. I don’t subscribe to nationalism, especially not when it comes to art.
@@waynedexter ohhh okay, thanks for clarifying. Yeah definitely didn’t mean to call you nationalist either. That point was a little off topic anyways lol
These days, whenever I see something new from Gondwana in my feed, I know I have to carve out a solid one hour with no interruptions, a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, and keep a box of tissues handy. Thanks
Gave me chills right off the bat... 🙏 Really tickles the soul. Reminds me a little bit of Go-go Penguin because of the relentless beautiful piano playing and the sick drumming 😺
I agree with you, I had the same feeling of hearing a bit of Go Go Penguin's flavour, but I prefer to find more young bands sharing such a moving common mood than none.
The best sounding Melodic Trance track I've heard this year, 😉and it ain't EDM ., thanks Gondwana Records for bringing us the sounds of `Kessoncoda with 'Greyscale‘ 🎶👏🏼👏🏼
Synchronicity. With incredible speed, dexterity, and precision, no less! As if waves were music. Referring to the video presentation above, the music therein is incredibly energizing, charismatic, lovely, melancholy, hopeful, sophisticated, beautiful, expansive, reflective, entrancing, satisfyingly sumptuous, and ultimately meaningful. Oh, did I mention that it is also extremely well played? I, for one, highly recommend this artistry in sound. I fully intend to pursue their musical creations going forward. Thanks to everyone involved!
This is delightful! Call me a fan! Jazz as a label puts many off, but this does prove a very broad church! Like other bands, this Jazz/Ambient vibe needs to be promoted so the non-believers get to make their discovery journey! Totally gorgeous! Looking forward to more! will go to see them, and hopefully convince my mates to join me!
Playing music just with keyboards and percussions may sound like cooking only with tomatoes and anchovies, until you listen to this gem of Gondwana Records or you try a tomato sauce boosted by the anchovies.
There are so many young, talented people in the world...and Gondwana knows where they all live. Thank you for making all this happen.
I guess those “so many talented people in the world” are highly concentrated in The UK 😂

Dam you’re right, the piano almost gives me Robert Miles vibes, but with more depth and complexity
Finally! I've been a huge fan of the songs when they were published under the name of Maliki. So glad to hear news from them. Much love
A true fan! Thanks for sticking around💛

Sounds stunning, what Piano are you playing and what keyboard? Like the Piano and mellotron voice sounds!
I think those "Mellotron voice sounds" are actually Gondwana artist Caoilfhionn Rose on vocals!!!
Nord piano?
