How much fuel were you able to take on with two occupants? Were you able to do full tanks? If not how much? Curious of the endurance of the 750 with two occupants in it.
The Dynon SkyView is very popular in the CH 750. We introduced the repositionable "unpanel" in the STOL CH 750 SD a few years ago (removing the traditional instrument panel). The panel is from SkyTron avionics powered by Avilution software. www.skytronavionics.com/

Roger, on your landings I notice you reaching for the center consol, it that trim/flaps ?
Yes, the flap switch is located in the center console
it would be false to say that Roger has a terrible personality, as that would erroneously imply that he has an existent personality. What a bore!
