Here in the UK I went for a check up with the Nurse at my local Doctors surgery. Over the last couple of months I was in the 'really concerned' part relating to my blood cholesterol levels and also my blood pressure. I did not want to go down the taking tablets route but make some changes in life style. The thing about that is that making those changes shouldn't be a chore but enjoyable. Each day I choose one of these "Tour American Cycling" videos on TH-cam to the mood of the day feeling at the time. I have a corner of my front room with the Screen in front with my Exercise Bike. Water and easy to peel Satumas (or equivalent), these are really enjoyable exercises. Want to say a huge thank you to those who have made these videos as health has improved big time over a short period of time. Result is that my Colesteral and blood pressure which impressed the Nurse have all gone down to normal. I've lost 3 stone (28lbs) so far in weight and that will continue. I will be going on a NHS one day Colestral group course next month where people interact and will happily recommend this to the group. I love the music, even whistle and laa along to it. I love that it is all kept straight forward, no nonsense, simple and friendly. In turn I still eat and drink things I enjoy although made some alterations towards a healthier life style regarding food and drink without giving anything up. Love the scenery of the different locations of these videos across the Pond. It is amazing how quick the time goes when doing these and I never get bored. The thing is that these exercises each day helps to keep all that together. So again a really big Thank you.

Is this a good workout to do on rollers with a cadence sensor and computer but with no resistance?
