In this video I explained how to overcome the engine off issue while releasing clutch. When you release clutch engine stops and sometimes car jerk before engine gets off. With this 2 method you can control your car and engine will never get off in 1st gear. Most of drivers when learning face this common issue when releasing clutch on 1st gear, car engine stops or goes off. Simple method to overcome this issue and clutch use in simple way.

Rahul Sir will guide you in better way but as per my suggestion I will say to avoid 2nd one because it's not way to be pro diver in future...and to accept 1st method don't panic (1st)Jada se jada Horn degi piche wala gari...dont care..., follow the Signal light count down. once it comes to 5/6 second left start engine and start to release the clutch...Try this.

I have a problem that if I stop my car before hump perticulary in toll my car not picking up in first gear. Either I need to take bit reverse and then need to raise. What to do for this. Vehicle is Hyundai Eon
Sir I have huge fear of stalling . I have seen experienced driver stalls and some TH-cam video says it dangerous. Stalling in pulling in 3 gear and 2nd gear.

My problem is little different. My santro xing car, model 2014, suppose it is running in the first gear, I want to shift the gear to 2nd. For that I apply on clutch. That same time car engine is geting off. Then if the car isstanding in a little slope on the road, I can't get the break. My power steering is also get very hard to move. The car is coming back. Only hand break is saving me from a back end hit. What is the reason for this. Now this is my 2nd workshop already tried to solve this problem. Now I spended more than 8000 around. Still the problem continue. What is the solutions for this? Now someone told me that there is a switch near the air filter. May be it is getting cracked. Is it right thing? Please help me.

Yes, certainly. Car tuning is done so that you can get better mileage and engine also stays healthy and cool.
Biggest problem for me is during multiple bumps. After manage to pass the bump, the pickup is hard and the card jerks
Engine gets off,,, as u told it vecomes more difficult in hilly roads n flt overs. V had been facing same issue in our 2014 diesel vista. It s same ordeal every time v try to climb uphill ramp in our house in 1st gear. If u have not brought out any video on this, plz make one at d earliest.

Correct if you are downshifting, or in lower speed. When you are in high speed you have to 1st slow down by releasing accelerator and pressing brake gradually, and when you reach at low speed like below 30 or 20 than you have to press clutch and downshift the gear.

It happens when road is even little sloppy, Engine gets off in first gear the moment I release my foot from break and press accelerator at biting point to move the car. Not sure what's going wrong? Then i have to engage handbrake to move the vehicle.
Please , suggest a tip on how to deal with this during traffic on flyover. Do i have to engage handbrake all the time to move the car or practice on clutch and accelerator needs to be done?
Both the solution you said are correct. The problem you are facing is common, even after many months most of driver are faces this issues in flyover or in any pickup location.
You can use handbrake in flyover when there is traffic. In slope as you said, is really tough to deal with. I usually dont apply handbrake.
What I do is when release clutch and at bitting point I press accelerator abit more when in flyover or slope.
Yeh prblm agar ap clutch ko slowly slowly chodte hai aur biting point pe hold krlete hai toh yeh prblm nahi hogi. Jab gaadi halka move karne lage toh A pedal halka press kare.. main prblm yeh hoti hai k roads max time halka slope rehti hai aur hame b pedal press kar rehna padta jisse hamari car piche na jaaye.. ab c pedal chhodna aur b pedal se foot hatane mei hamari timing galat hojati hai aur car bandh hojati hai. Mistake hm b pedal ko kuch jada press krke rakhte hai aur jab car aage nahi badhti hai toh hm c pedal jada chhor dete hai.. islye isse sync mei rakhe car kabhi bandh nahi hogi.. this will automatically come while keep on driving.. b pedal ko light press jisse car piche na jaaye aur c pedal slowly chhode and remove ur foot from b pedal simultaneously

Another problem I face is.... slowing it down to a dead speed. Like you say in a jam, or on a crossing, or when waiting to get a U turn. It scares the hell out of me 😱

No, it wont damage if its once or twice. But if this happen very frequently than it may be harm gear lever, you must practise on clutch release and pressing when applying brake in low speed.
Sir. Today I faced this on a slope with packed traffic at ultotanga. My car stopped 3times. I am learning car for past 1month. Now I can drive independently but sometimes I face this issue. Also one big problem I face at signals. I try to change gears at optimum RPM. But other cars gains speed much faster. How to overcome this?
Some press more accelerator to lead from traffic. And a concept in central kolkata is if you get stuck in 1 signal than you will by default get all the signal red, that's the reason people accelerate. So that they don't get next signal red. You take your time don't panic and get confident enough about your controls. I will make a video on ultadanga flyover and bagmari flyover soon. 👍

I was in traffic for 20-30 mins and engine is shutting off even when im in full clutch. If was fine for sometime and it seemed like engine gave up on me :)
Using wagon r 2010. Could that be issue with idle rpm?
Is it getting heated up. Check coolant. If it got leaked than you engine won't start and if it starts it will soon give up as you said. Engine is getting heated up. Either radiator has leak and coolant is dripping or fan is not working. You can check coolant when engine is COOL from radiator, coolant reservoir also. Fan can be also culprit. If you leave engine idle and bonet open. Just observe when engine heats up does the both fan works? Else take it to nearby garage or Service center and get it checked.

You need to keep urself boosted. Don't give up. Mark my word. I can assure you after few months you will drive very smoothly. Just you need to practise on your control 1st. Don't panic and rush while driving. Everyone takes their own time to learn. Be it driving also. So always remember you are also in learning phase and each one of us has someday gone through these. Dude my car doesn't work with only clutch bcoz it doesn't have Electronic Fuel Injection. Also its idle rev is 750, which is not enough to pick the car without race/gas.
So I *have* to adapt your second method every time 😂 but the thing is..... even then sometimes it stalls. May be I don't press sufficient race. And sometimes I press too hard and its like zunnn zunnn....🙄

You have to work on syn your foot right and left. Left releasing clutch and right pressing accelerator. Are you driving diesel variant car ?

I am also fresher, I have one query. When car gets off in the middle of driving, is it necessary to off AC first and then take self start right after that? If I take self start without powering off AC, does it harf the car?
It would be better to switch off AC and headlights if it's on. Now a days car has built in power supply priority, it doesn't required. But few years ago models car, we need to switch off all the electricals so that battery can take load of self. If you have older car than yes, it's better to switch off all electricals to provide power to self. In recent cars it hardly matters.

Plain road pe move nai hoti to thoda sa accelerator press kariye. Usually diesel variant ya fir cng me aisa hota hai, aur kabhi kabhi clutch ki wajah se bhi. Dear Sir, Pls let us know how to release Clutch without pain. In traffic, we should use clutch a lot.
If you are getting pain in legs or foot, you have to make sure about your seat adjustment. And your clutch assembly, if clutch is hard then you have to apply more pressure to press clutch and release it.

Leave the clutch slowly..not in a hurry. At the same time if ur holding the brake leave it slowly too.
Apko clutch bohot hi dheere dheere chhodna hai, turning me waise hi release karna hai. Aap panic hoke clutch release karenge to ekdam se chhut jaega aur ye risky hai. Aaram se khuli jagah me kisi ke saath practise kariye.

Initially 3rd shift and 5th shift karne me problem hoti hai. You need to practise. Aap jab 5th gear lagane wale ho, accelerator 2500 rpm tak le jae uske baad 4th se jara sa neutral ke taraf karke apne taraf gear stick ko pull karke upar ki taraf karne se sahi gear put hoga i.e. 5th. All the best

You need to practise on clutch release. Once you release clutch till bitting point then you have to accelerate slight so that rpm doesnt fall below 1000 rpm. You can practise while assuming start and stop in open space or early morning. Like, assume that you have to stop your car and then go for 10 feet and again stop, do this for sometimes. You will get clear idea on clutch release and your foot will be accustomed for that. All the best👍. Do let me know if it helped

Not required in 2nd gear, when you shift to 2nd gear car is already in momentum (movement), you can release clutch completely and press accelerator and move on. All the best

If you press clutch with delay after pressing brake in low speed. Car will jerk, sometimes engine gets off. you have to release clutch very slowly and have to practise in open road.
First press and put on 1st gear, than release clutch slowly and after biting point release completely, again press clutch and apply brake. practise this for 1 or 2 days on open road, I am sure you will make it perfect in few days. all the best
@@RahulDriveZone I do the same as said by you. The engine doesn't stop. But the car stops with a jerk on applying brake in first gear. But In reverse, it stops normaly, without any jerk.

@@daredevil2241 think clutch as of a switch which transmits power from engine to wheel. when you press the clutch wheels get disconnected from engine power and when you release the clutch it transmits engine power to the wheel. So at low speed or first gear... always press & hold clutch before applying break, it will help you to stop the car without jerking.
