I'm still working on my build, but how did you get The Call "masterworked"? Does it need to be a certain level (sorry if this is a stupid question, but still learning)

You can craft the call on Mars (throne world). After crafting you can upgrade the Level of the weapon to, i think 17, than you can use the enhanced traits :)
