That is really good. Neandertal is literally the name of the place where their remains were first found in Germany. 'Tal' is just the german word for valley. I love your idea :D
Seahorse River, after who is *clearly* the most important and pivotal character - her death so impactful as to make immortals force themselves to forget!
That's great. Perhaps Alpha named the river that without really knowing why, the memory of Seahorse still being there in her subconscious. Generations later no one remembers why it's even called that anymore, but it's stuck regardless.
14:07 Man coulda said nothing, instead he decided to spend almost an entire minute trying to get me to choke on the food I was eating, and subsequently the drink I was having to try and wash down the aforementioned food.
Well, since we couldn't make the thesaurus book and dinos have been with us through it all. How about calling the river: Saurus River. The Saurus River.
Plus it’s now also a memorial to all the dinosaurs that have died in defense of the colony. Alway remember the sacrifices of triceratops 5, triceratops 23, triceratops 8, triceratops 164, Yutyrannis 1, triceratops 3, camarasaurus 3, and others
i think this is better than naming it after the yutyrrannus specifically, because it was only the first dino species lost, and most likely more can still be found out in the world. if sam doesnt keep his original promise of making dino ranches, eventually every dino species they have will go extinct just because of raids and freezer mishaps (and possibly the event at the medieval age), and why name the river after the first species to go when eventually far more important species like the trikes and camarasaurs could also go extinct with no river to name after them
The river should be named after the first person* buried on it's shores; Alpha's first follower and friend, White Seahorse. Maybe the one thing that Alpha can remember in her trauma-induced memory loss and through deaths is that name. A reminder of why she protects these people, even when they don't worship her. *The old wild man doesn't count 24:24 You sold them dinos! They live on in their ranches and stables!

The river of two births. - Alpha was reborn. That was at the founding of the colony and would generally be when people would start to name things. - Quibby and fetus were duplicated. -Magic baby took on a second body
Also, the colony did need to re-discover itself after Alpha left. The colony needed to figure out its own identity. Re-define its own identity. Re-orient itself and its values. From a Monarchy / Theocracy to a republic. A rebirth for the colony itself.

The river of Yu, in honor of a hero, a legend, but most importantly, a friend in the yutyranus Also, request to rename Magi Baby to Magic Being. It is no longer a baby from a quantum bibby. It is a being of multiple people
It sorta looks like a bird's footprint - or maybe a dinosaur's? I offer the Yutan Crater (because honestly, no one can spell yutyrannus and it's a bit of a mouthful for a river anyways) Edit: I have now watched relevant footage, and I am now doubling down on my suggestion. Name the entire river after that hero
Feather Fang Creek should be the name of the colony to commemorate the fall of the great Yutyranus. Then perhaps calling the river the "Tyranus Flow" or anything else that is dinosaur themed.
The gauranlen tree backstabbed one of the precious members of this community, exploded their head right in front of everyone. If there was ever a reason to get rid of "tree connection" meme, that would be it.
Counterpoint: they/Sam designed the castle gate to be directly in the line of fire for the guaranlen turret, so I don’t think it’s the gauranlen turret’s fault. What needs to happen is to make the gauranlen groves part of a defensive structure. You could call it a death square or something like that
The name of the river should maybe follow a gem theme, given the profusion of gems in the region. Some ideas: Saphiria The Rubycon The Emerald Waters The Mighty River Diamondus Glitterstream Glittering Waters P.S. I think a stone slab in a special sacred cave would be a good spot to leave the old MB in the future, until she passes.
The river forks into 3 streams, the colony is a triumvir. Maybe something related to that? each river fork could have a symbolic name and the triumvir roles could be named after each one, or the forks could be named after notable founders. idk

People of this comments section I am once again asking for your support to name our great river “London” It is an ancient word that means “The Great River” and most importantly of all it will annoy Mr Streamer so much if we use it Thank you I will now be taking questions
Loven the pace on this one, we get to enjoy each era. Also with the name of the settlement, you have a river that forks into three points so maybe that should factor into the name itself ?
Trident of Petal for the 3 forking tributaries and Petal is the forest, could also be Fingers of Petal, Tributaries of Petal, etc. something about lowlands or wetlands due to the water spilling out and collecting at the southwest inferring low elevation thus the accumulation of water. I would say something about Seahorse, but no one remembers seahorse sense everyone died who held their memory.
It would be kinda cool to have an area dedicated to keeping the past bodies of magic baby within, with her original body being in the centre or something like that. But this is also rimrim and sometimes trying to preserve bodies is an awful experience so it would have to depend on how the game is feeling. Edit. (Oh. He came up with this exact idea on his own later in this episode, lmao)
I absolutely do not mind not getting to the next age anytime soon. Medieval/Dark Souls age is so much fun, and it makes more sense for at least a pair of generations to go by in an age.
Ryversthorpe Bringing out the Middle English Ryver meaning river and the Thorpe for village lots of settlements of the early Middle Ages were simple descriptive terms that highlighted the locations qualities.

Could name the settlement like, Whitewall, due to its location on the river, and its composition of marble block!

It’s pretty sure Psychic Focus is incompatible with Republic because it also changes how the leader is chosen

The river of Yu, in honor of a hero, a legend, but most importantly, a friend in the yutyranus

Feather Fang Creek should be the name of the colony to commemorate the fall of the great Yutyranus.
